guy is lying when he says I have had the headphones a year.  I have attached documentation from WOS of the 8/*/16 ship date.  This is a moot point anyway, but I bring it up to show he is not credible.  He is arguing that he only has a 90 day warranty.  These headphones would be covered for two years under the manufacturer's warranty if I had purchased them from a legitimate retailer.  But since this guy sold me used headphones without informing me that they were used, the manufacturer, Logitech will not honor the warranty.  They informed me that they will not honor the warranty on any of their merch sold by this guy because it is used and refurbished.  This guy owes me a full refund because he did not inform me he was selling used merchandise.  You have many complaints that have been filed against him for this very reason.  He will argue that he never said his merchandise was new.  I contend that he has a duty to inform consumers that the merchandise he is selling is used.  Consumers who are purchasing goods on the internet from a retailer assume that they are new, unless they are informed otherwise. This guy offered me a full refund and asked me to drop the other two complaints that I filed against him with Federal and City agencies.  I advised him he could send the refund, but I would not drop my complaints.  That may be why he has changed his tune.Mr. Y*, I am sorry that I sent an e-mail initially instead of responding via this mechanism, which I did not see at first.  I just attached the information from my e-mail.Regards,[redacted]

Regarding the complaint against Harbor Homes from [redacted], there were several factors that occurred while we were remodeling her house. First, she had other people that DID NOT work for Harbor Homes doing work. Also, she went to our subcontractors, and made side deals with them to take us out of the...

equation. Towards the end of the project she ran out of money and never paid us the money that she owed. [redacted] decided that she would "complete" the work on her own. After we went our separate ways, she bad mouthed us all around town (which had the potential to hurt our company since most of our business comes from word of mouth). After everything that occurred, when she called for her vanity and heat to be fixed, we sent someone out as soon as we could. The vanity and leak were both repaired and we had our heating/AC specialist go to her home 3 times to "fix" her AC. [redacted] was told that she kept putting the number too high on the thermostat and that is why the AC was not kicking on. She did not believe us until we sent another AC specialist to look and tell her the same thing. Therefore everything has been completed.

know there was an issue with one of our subcontractors. He had promised to come by there house and fix something and didn't show and would not answer their calls or ours. We did everything in our power to get him to go to their house. They should probably be sending the complaint against [redacted] (the subcontractor) instead of us. Besides this issue we thought everything else was fine, we enjoyed working with them and thought they were lovely people. We were surprised to see the complaint since we were paid in full and thought everything was ok in the end. Again, sorry this is coming to you so late. They could have delivered it to another but I did not receive the package. If there had been an offer to pay for insurance I would have accepted it, but the package never arrived nor do I have the purchased merchandise or my money refunded. There are other complaints to this type of behavior as well listed on several websites. Please do not allow them to continue to rob consumers of their hard earned money. I hav purchased from them in the past and did not have an issue. This is unacceptable and they show blatant disregard for me as a customer. You couldn't even refund my $45? As a business it's the least you could do!

The reason why I had to hire outside people was because Harbor homes was not performing to the ability they told me they would. Also the owner was not always honest in her word. I am not the only person in [redacted] that feels this way. My sister  had work done by Harbor homes and decided to use another company to complete another job she had done second to not feeling confident in this compaines way of doing bussiness. Also as a person who has never re-built a home before I depended on this company to be a advocate for me.  They left constant debrie around which I had to clean up. They kept the contract loose so that they would make more money off me.   I do not go around bad mouthing the company but when asked if I was satisfied I do give a honest answer. Too many people say the same thing about this company. When I contacted Harbor homes in regards to the plumbing issue  it took calling the Revdex.com to get them to come out. I have documented Phone calls and multiple text messages to show the time span . I do thank the Revdex.com for helping me resolve this issue . As far as the Air condition issue it was the Hvac person who told me the compressor was not working as he clearly could feel no air was coming out. He then called the  [redacted] resp who he bought the a/c unit from and they told him to further investigate the issue before replacing the Unit. That is why they got the second opinion. Again not the truth by the owners response. Gives you a idea of what I went thru .. Ty you again Revdex.com
