I found this business by Home Advisor online when my furnace didn't engage on 2/17/They called me within minutes and I made a same day appointmentHe came between 11-noonAs per what I explained Paul got to the furnace, took the part which was not working properly, explained what was wrong with it, fixed it, and the furnace worked! I am glad he came and it was quick! I will have them as my Heating and Cooling company!

The owners, Paul, & his wife, Chris, are awesome! My furnace has been acting a little, "iffy," lately & of course, like when you take your car to a mechanic, the problem doesn't present itselfI stood near the furnace as he checked it out & asked many questions about different things & Paul explained in detail, about everything I asked in a way I could understandLucky for me he found nothing out of the ordinary but he also said that there was one particular part that could possibly be the culprit of what I was describing & would be $to replace but he didn't advise in doing so in case that's not the problemThat's an honest man because he could've easily told me it needed to be replacedBecause he found no concrete problems he said that since he was here he'd go ahead & clean my furnaceAfterwards, he answered all my questions about the heat loss in my home and showed me what the problems were and how to fix themI will definitely call them again if the need should arise

We are renting a house in Woodland Park, and our furnace went out one night a couple of weeks ago We contacted our landlord, who had Paul [redacted] come over and take care of the problem for us Paul was here within a short time, and he was very outgoing and friendly He had our furnace fixed very quickly, and explained to me what he had done We were very pleased with the fast response and repair, and if we decided to purchase a home here, we would like to continue our business with [redacted] H&A

Our heat went out the first day of really cold weather/snow, I called Comfort Crew and they were at my house within minutes, they figured out what the problem was and ended up installing a brand neww A/C and heating unit, so now we not only have heat we now have central air as wellthe crew that was sent over were very professional, they took care of everything!! I highly recommend Comfort Crew, they showed up exactly when they said they would, they completed the job exactly when they said it would be done, and we have had heat and now air since with no problems!!!

I had a service repair technician come out to my house and replace my old broken thermostat with a new one The guy was very professional, down to earth, honest, up front and very helpful when I had questions about how the system operated and communicated with my furnace and whole house humidifier He helped me set/program the thermostat and was very understanding about my lack of knowledge with this type of technology and I felt comfortable having this company do work inside my home and get the job done right

Paul and Chris are outstandingI never felt like I was not being treated fairlyPaul installed a furnace and central air unit at my house on October 2016, and it has been running perfectly sinceHe didn't take any short cuts on the installation and the job looks very professionalHe cleaned up EVERYTHING .He took his time and did the job right!

We engaged Hardcastle Heating & Air to perform service on our house in Colorado Springs to complete the terms of the sale of the home They were happy to coordinate with us remotely, work through our realtor to gain access to the property and then coordinate payment via the phone Not all vendors are so accommodating Paul arrived on time, completed the work in a very short period of time and communicated with me as soon as the job was done They even sent me a receipt via email Would encourage anyone in the Colorado Springs area to use them for your heating and air needs!

[redacted] and [redacted] were amazing! I called to see if they could come out and service my AC that stopped cooling. Initially [redacted] told me that it maybe Friday before they could come out. Which was still better than the 8th another company scheduled me for. I asked several questions and [redacted] answered them professionally! I had a question she did know the answer to and said she would call me back. And she did within a few minutes and was able to squeeze me in today!She genuinely seemed interested in helping me and not just gaining my business. [redacted] came out and fixed the wire my dog chewed and serviced the AC. He was polite and professional and easy to talk to! He gave me an excellent rate! I'd highly recommend Comfort Crew!

[redacted] and his wife are very professional and honest people. I highly recommend him for any air conditioning or heating problems. He is the best in Colorado Springs, he fixed a A/C problem I have had since I installed the A/C in 2002. Nobody else could prevent the coils from freezing over but [redacted] has a solution and airflow is greatly improved. Very reasonably priced too!
