Paul, of Hardcastle Heating and Air, replaced a furnace for me 9/7/16 and am so impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and efficiency. He did everything possible to accommodate my budget in a very caring friendly manner. My inspection of the replacement was today which passed without problem. Paul seemed to cover all bases doing a very quality job.

His wife, Chris, who answers the phone is always friendly, efficient and professional. Thank you Paul & Chris...job well done.

First off, I am an electrician, so I understand the business and understand that unfortunately there are people that take full advantage of people in need. These people are not those people.

I called them around 10am and they got me right in the schedule for that same day at 1pm. The guy called when he was on his way, and was exactly on time. He politely introduced himself and proceeded to diagnose my systems. He promptly and accurately corrected my situation. Charged me a more than fair price and educated me on proper maintenance of my system.

They are a mom and pop shop and are absolutely true pros. A cool breathe of fresh air( pun intended). I am confident they will not disappoint. If they can't get you on there schedule right away, you should wait till they can, believe me,an industry pro, tops in the business. Thanks again comfort crew.

I had a wonderful experience working with Hardcastle heating & cooling. My heater had stopped working, so I called and spoke with Chris, who was very helpful in getting me scheduled. My appointment had been scheduled for a few days later because their schedule was full, which was fine because the weather was nice. Later in the day Chris called and said they had a cancellation for the day and wondered if I would like Paul to come out today. I scheduled the appointment. Paul was on time and very professional. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and fix it during his visit. Hardcastle's pricing is very reasonable and their service is exceptional! I will definitely be using them again in the future!

I recently used Hardcastle Heating and Cooling for preventative maintenance on my gas furnace. I was extremely please with their service and plan on using them for all my heating and cooling needs. Paul showed up at the time of our appointment and performed a very thorough inspection and cleaning. He also demonstrated in depth knowledge of the heating and cooling systems. My wife and I can tell our furnace is now running more efficiently. I found Chris and Paul [redacted] to be personable, reliable, respectful (removed his shoes when entering our house), reasonably priced and very experienced. We are renting a house in Woodland Park, and our furnace went out one night a couple of weeks ago. We contacted our landlord, who had Paul [redacted] come over and take care of the problem for us. Paul was here within a short time, and he was very outgoing and friendly. He had our furnace fixed very quickly, and explained to me what he had done. This is the most professional and helpful company I have ever done business with. Hardcastle Heating and Air is completely family owned and operated. Chris handles all the books and scheduling. She was so helpful and kind. Paul came out and gave us the estimate and helped us understand what our house needed and educated us since both my husband and I are not HVAC experts. Paul was able to come back the same week and instal our new furnace. Paul was extremely knowledgable and professional. We have two small children who take naps and he never once was our day disturbed. The work site was clean and organized and Paul was beyond curtious as to not leave any mess in our house during or after the job. The Hardcastle's have our business as long as we live in Colorado Springs.

The owners, Paul, & his wife, Chris, are awesome! My furnace has been acting a little, "iffy," lately & of course, like when you take your car to a mechanic, the problem doesn't present itself. I stood near the furnace as he checked it out & asked many questions about different things & Paul explained in detail, about everything I asked in a way I could understand. Lucky for me he found nothing out of the ordinary but he also said that there was one particular part that could possibly be the culprit of what I was describing & would be $600 to replace but he didn't advise in doing so in case that's not the problem. That's an honest man because he could've easily told me it needed to be replaced. Because he found no concrete problems he said that since he was here he'd go ahead & clean my furnace. Afterwards, he answered all my questions about the heat loss in my home and showed me what the problems were and how to fix them. I will definitely call them again if the need should arise.
