No this answer is not acceptable. I have my *** bill that indicates they paid $on 5/*/to HariworldNY *** and *** has given me an invoice where they sold a ticket for my confirmation #*** to Hariworld travel for $346.73. So if Hariworld does not have my money I want to know who they passed it to because *** CLEARLY PAID HARIWORLD. At no time was I told I was dealing with an agent or a filler or whatever title Hariworld is using*** staff has also confirmed to me that they sold a reservation/ticket to Hariworld using the conf # above for the cost of $346.73. So if Hariworld paid someone else then Hariworld needs to refund the $to me and get whatever money they believe they are owed from the other party they are referring to. And NO I don't want to wait to see if Hariworld can contact this so called person/company that they say must have worked with me. I want to deal directly with Hariworld thru Revdex.com because all the info that I have pertains to Hariworld. thank you, *** ***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: First of all , I was misled as when I went online to book the tickets and call ** *** I spoke with whom I assumed was a ** *** representative as it was reservations number for ** ***The repress representative was deceiving upfrontI had viewed the tickets and called to book them with my debit card to ensure this was a flight with no stops as I clarified I did not want any layover as I was traveling with my daughter aloneHe said he could get me the ticket but it would cost me a little more since I had looked at the price had went up a bit; however.if I paid the difference of $be guaranteed that I could get the flights to and from my destination of ***, ** to *** with no stopsI clearly clarified again I wanted to make sure there was no layovers and he guaranteed me soOnly to my dismay, found out after when I saw the charge on my bill to another airline and Hariworld TravelsI could not figure out how this could happen.
As a conclusion I feel that I am entitled to a total refund due to the fact that Hariworld Travels knew exactly what I wanted to purchase and I paid extra to get a flight with No stops for myself and my daughterYour reviews on the Revdex.com reinforce this bait and switch tactic which they practiceI will settle for nothing less than a total refund this was very dishonest and wrong.Sincerely *** ***

The Record the Client is referring to is not a Hariworld booking/record. We need ticket number and name of passenger to track down the booking

Hariworld Travel Group is an airline consolidator and we do not sell to consumers. We act as the fulfillment for smaller agencies that are unable to issue tickets. Hariworld does not book these reservations or authorize payment. We simply generate tickets including their service fees according to the agencies instructions You would have to contact the agency from which you purchased the tickets

I worked with Din D*** who said he was the owner of company when I requested himto speak with his manager to resolve proposed disputeCredit card slip clearly stated departure date July * and returned date Aug * ( Sunday)I didn't give hariworld permission to have one day lay over in London when I was required to report my office on Aug *.Hari world failed to listen to the customer need and their representive was highly arrogantCheaper fare for additional day lay over was forced down upon meYes! I should had had done my due diligence.Hari world love their customer of years along with future business.

No I don't want to escalate my case with Hariworld to a a government case. In fact, there has been a recent development. Late yesterday (3/*/15), *** from Hariworld called me and explained that when I thought I was calling *** ***, I had actually called Hariworld. He said I never asked to talk to *** *** (Of course, I wouldn't ask to talk to United because I thought I was talking to someone from there since I called the number that came up when I *** them.) *** added that Hariworld was going to refund the $that I was charged. I thanked him for returning my money and added that I still felt like his travel agency scammed me
A short time later *** from Hariworld called me and explained that when I *** *** ***, I was given choices to click on. I clicked on "cheap seats" since I wanted coach as opposed to a first class seat. *** said when I clicked on cheap seats, I was given the phone number of Hariworld Travel, not *** *** like I was led to believe since at no time did the name "Hariworld" or "travel agency" appear on my screen
Just before I answered this email, I clicked on *** *** and the words "cheap seats" was no longer on their site. I guess United and/or Hariworld realized at least one person (me) would not tolerate this deception. Although my case was successfully settled, I can't help but to wonder how many others have been scammed in the past, or if United/Hariworld will do the same thing again in the future
One more thing: Since *** said they would remove the $charge from my bill, I told *** that the $from Hariworld has to go to *** because they had already compensated me for Hariworld's scam. Is there any way you can follon this to make sure it happens?
BTW, after another call to ***, they are cancelling my account, opening a new one, and sending me new cards
Thank you for everything you have done for me in resolving this fraudulent charge by Hariworld. I don't think I could have unraveled it without your help

This is to state that we have reviewed the rejection by the customer of our response. However, here is our response to this: The sales person was Vijaykar, and not Chinniah D[redacted]. The matter was escalated to Chinniah D[redacted], when the customer called to complain and request a date change. We apologize if [redacted] felt that he was rude. That is not our intention. We value all our customers, and do our best to offer them the highest level of service. In this instance too that is our intention.We have reviewed the latest call recording between the customer, [redacted] and Vijaykar, and will be happy to provide it to Revdex.com. This is a post sale conversation after one day of ticket purchase. Vijaykar has asked [redacted], if he has reviewed his itinerary and ticket details, and if all is in order. [redacted], confirms that all is in order. Further, [redacted] says that he was able to see his flight details on [redacted]. He thanked Vijaykar and said that he appreciates his help. If Mr. Vijaykar had at that time pointed out that his return date was incorrect, we would have either offered the date change at a higher cost (was not available on the cheaper price), or we would have cancelled his tickets with no cost to him. We are still willing to offer our services (free of cost) to look for a seat on the return date of his choice (provided flight is not sold out), but he will need to pay fare difference and date change penalty that [redacted] will charge. We once again reiterate that we strive to offer the highest level of service to all our customers and value our relationship with them. Tell us why here...[redacted] called and talked to 2 different sales persons Ali and Vijaykar (Customer claims he doesn't know names) on 03/**/17. And finally he decided on an itinerary, and a confirmation email was sent to him with all flight details for him to check the names and...

flights reserved for him. The date offered for return was a day later and a cheaper option.Customer confirmed receiving the email and checked flight details and said everything was okay. He made the payment by his Credit Card by sending us a filled Credit Card Authorization Form (All customers paying by credit cards have to fill a form authorizing Hariworld to charge their credit cards for tickets purchased) and within a few minutes the tickets were issued. The Authorization form very clearly shows the itinerary and the return date. A confirmation email was sent to the customer with the itinerary and ticket numbers on 03/**/17.Vijaykar contacted the customer again on 03/**/17 after the tickets were issued and customer confirmed receiving the email with the itinerary and ticket number and said everything was okay, and even thanked our office for helping him. At this point, he did not notify us that the return date should have been one day earlier.After 90 days, on 06/**/17 customer called us, claiming he had requested for a return date of [redacted] August to ATL, and the ticket had been issued for the [redacted]. We feel he is trying to manipulate things and blame our Team to avoid paying a date change penalty and a fare difference. An Itinerary was sent to customer at all stages (Before and after Ticketing ) and  he confirmed receiving.An Itinerary was sent to customer at all stages (Before and after Ticketing ) and  he confirmed receiving.As per Delta airlines fare rules penalty and fare difference applies for any change in date which we have communicated to the customer. We will be happy to comply with the request for date change and reissue of the tickets, if the customer will pay the fare difference and penalty charged by [redacted]. As a gesture of goodwill, we will waive the service fee charged by Hariworld Travel Group for reissuing the tickets.We hope we have addressed all your concerns satisfactorily.
