I was out of town and a person staying st my home called a,d told me the air was not working. I called Harrell home services. They sent a tech out named "Anthony". He called me and said my unit had a power surge and it was burned up. I told him the fan was running so how can that be? He said sometimes relays stick and would run the fan. The person staying there said he never went all the way in the attic.
I got home 5 days later and went to the thermostat, turned it off and put new batteries in it and reset everything and turned it on. That was 5 weeks ago. It has been running since. I complained to Harrell services that I was billed $59 for no service but had no reply.
