Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I am not trying to tell you what the Permaplate does or doesn't do. I am telling you what Dan (finance manager) told me
would be done for me. I have asked numerous times to let me see the video of us doing the purchasing paperwork and the conversation we had pertaining to the
paint. It seems Dan doesn't want me to see it. I know for a fact I was told the paint would be fixed. When someone makes  a mistake in my business I do what is
necessary to correct it even when it means I made no money from them.  I don't treat the client like garbage. This experience has let me know what kind of company
Harris Ford is. Harris Ford is all about the money it makes with zero regard for how they make it cheating and stealing from the clients included apparently. I am so
sorry I was so foolish to trust that I would not be taken advantage of. I never in all my years have been treated so poorly by a big company I thought I could trust.
The actions of Harris Ford are down right criminal. Shame on you Harris Ford!

Mrs. [redacted] came in today and met with one of our Managers. We do not have any of the information from her 13 year old transaction, did not use that data to run a credit inquiry nor were we able to find where we recently ran a credit inquiry. She is going to review her records to help provide...

us more specific information so we can look further. We will find the origin of this inquiry to help protect her interest and our own.

Thank you for sending us this complaint to review, I am familiar with the transaction and have spoken to our Service Department about the vehicle. As mentioned below this 2013 vehicle is a Certified Pre Owned vehicle and carries the manufacturer's warranty. We are unable to grant the request...

to rescind the transaction from May 6th but were happy to make the repairs that were not covered the manufacturer free of charge.  We are also happy to explore trading the vehicle for a different one should they choose to do so. Thank you for forwarding this complaint, I have reviewed the file and we have attempted contact with Mr. [redacted] to discuss how we can help him trade out of the car into something that he would prefer.
The CarFax shows vehicle had an accident that occurred in 2011 from the original owner who had...

leased the car. The vehicle title was not branded, the repairs were completed, original factory warranty stayed in tact, and the original lessor kept the vehicle while maintaining its services at the dealer (Pacific VW) until the lease ended in 2014. When we got the vehicle we had it inspected and all was in good condition.
The price he purchased the car for ($15,509) was a very good deal but we are happy to assist Mr. [redacted] get a different vehicle if he would like. He just needs to make contact with our Used Vehicle Manager (Bryan K[redacted]) or he can also contact me directly at [redacted] or [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:The fact that I was unable to reach an agreement over the purchase of a new vehicle was not constrained by any budgetary limitations. The simple fact remains that the GM of Sales quoted me a SPECIFIC DEAL on a SPECIFIC VEHICLE and when I arrived at the dealership I was presented with much lower end vehicles to choose from. I have a recorded message left by the GM of Sales which leaves any guesswork out of the price quoted and which vehicles were being discussed. This type of "bait and switch" tactic is insulting given the nightmare I had been going through with their service department's inability to fix my current vehicle (which was purchased new from Harris Ford in 2014). I am also rejecting Harris Ford's offer to make another attempt at fixing my vehicle. During their last attempt, the service team dismantled the interior of my car and didn't even remember to check seat power when they put the car back together. The seats were not functioning!  I was called to come get my car (for the second time) only to discover this error for myself which resulted in them having to keep my car for several more days to fix the seats. Since Harris Ford is stating they cannot assist with my warranty concerns I have no choice but to elevate this entire matter to Ford Corporate.
