They were great and prompt had a car hauled from pa to Daytona got it in days was very happy I would use them again

BUYER BEWARE!!! With the first phone call everything sounded great We were told that they have million dollars of insurance coverage and they convinced us to hire them to transport our car from FL to TN We gave them our credit card number for the $deposit and were told they would be in touch when it was closer to the pickup date We expected to receive a contract via e-mail or something showing that they had the insurance coverage they claimed, details for the pickup and delivery locations and that they would be taking responsibility for our $70,vehicle We heard nothing from them other than a $transaction on our credit card Early on the scheduled pick up date we began calling them to make sure that everything was still on track and to request some form of written agreement with them They were unreachable all day We left multiple messages that were never returned They also did not pick up the car Three days later when our messages were finally returned they told us that they had missed the date because their truck had broken down When we informed them that we weren't going to use their company the person became angry and EXTREMELY RUDE and unprofessional He also belittled us and acted like we were crazy to want a written contract with the details of the transport before handing over our Dodge Viper to them It's been a month now and we still haven't received a refund for our deposit We've had to file a dispute with our credit card company and when they called them on our behalf (with us on the line), this same person was again cursing and very argumentative and disrespectful I have no idea how this company has a star rating BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!

I have used Haul Away transport company on two different occasions.Each time I used Haul Away I received stellar customer service.When I was in need of expedited transport the first time Haul Away was there when the other company stood me up on the transport date.On the second time Haul Away was there once again on the date ,& at the time I needed them.I highly recommend Haul Away to my family ,& friends

Keith was personable, diligent, honest and straightforward in our dealings over ten days. He gave me whatever information I required in writing and always followed up on details. In the end, every thing worked out as he had promised and I was VERY happy with the carrier he wound up selecting. I would gladly recommend him and Haul Away Logistics to friends and I'll use them again when the need arises.

I was relieved to finally get a phone call from a Vincent C. he went over all the ins and outs of the industry and what exactly to expect. He got my jeep moved from pembroke pines to cape cod for much less than the other companies were quoting, he was honest and responsive. I felt like he actually cared. He didnt have that "broker" car salesmen kind of feel to him like all the other people I spoke to. The driver arrived a little late for pick up but was very nice and very professional. I definitely expected some delays as I know they have other cars to pickup besides mine. Besides that everything was prompt, and professional. I got all my documents in my email right after hanging up with Vincent, he followed up with me daily, and got me a driver quickly. Being in the military, it's been pretty hectic transferring, hiring moving companies, and finding a new apartment and what not. it but Vincent really helped me out with making shipping my car a breeze! Great experience, great service, the billing department and dispatch department are also very friendly and helpful!

This was the first time I have ever had a vehicle shipped and Haul Away Logistics was absolutely awesome. I had contacted them to ship my non-operational truck and worked with [redacted] - the National Director of Operations. He was extremely professional and easy to work with, especially considering I had made the mistake of double booking due to a misunderstanding on my part. He had everything processed on Friday, had a driver ready to go on Saturday and my vehicle was on its way that Sunday. Working with him was extremely easy and I am still amazed at how quickly and smoothly everything went. The price was very affordable and it was a pleasure to work with him. My original quote was $1095 to move my Ford F-150 from North Carolina to Utah. I gave a 6 day window to pick up my truck. Haul away explained the process to me thoroughly and didn't ask for any money from me until they booked a carrier to move my truck. It took 12 days for JT Trucking Lines to accept the move, which I thought was excessive. Haul away told me the trucking company saw the job, but didn't pick it up because there were no cars going out of Salt Lake City. Because of this, the carrier increased the cost to ship to $1200 (plus the $200 paid to Haul Away when the carrier was booked). My truck was picked up the last day of the pick up window I requested and I took 3 days longer than they expected because of weather, but it made it in the same condition. Overall, I was happy with the service Haul away provided. They seemed to be honest and that was important to me. The thing I was disappointed in was the whole overall process of having to use a broker to coordinate a trucking company for me. I don't know if there would have been anything Haul Away or I could have done to be more proactive in getting a carrier.

I cannot express how wonderful this company has been. They picked up my sister's car in Ft. Lauderdale and it is now in Ft. Myers. Just made request late Friday. Everyone was so happy to help her and so kind. They went out of their way to help her.

So very great to see there are still honest folks that really care about their business and the people they serve.

Inquired about a car transport on 12/20. Got a call back from Jeff [redacted] This was my first time doing a car transport. He explained everything very well. I think he's one of the few people you can trust not to scam you in the car transport business. I talks to many other companies and none of them came close to putting my fears to ease as Jeff did. He gave me a price upfront and even refused a driver that tried to take advantage of the holiday season and price gouge. He stuck to his price and even got a cheaper price! If you're thinking about going to Haul Away Logistics for a car transport definitely use Jeff [redacted] He's your best bet for getting trustworthy, fair, and great service.

When I first heard about this company and read the reviews, I was very excited. I thought I had found the best car company to move my car. The first issue arose when the receipt showed that [redacted] had put the wrong destination city to drop off my car. I notified him of the error, and he told me he would send me another receipt with the correct city. Even though he never sent me another receipt, I did not think too much of it. [redacted] told me the carrier would call me the weekend before my car was supposed to get picked up. They were supposed to pick it up on a Monday, but come Sunday I never received a call. I tried calling [redacted] Sunday afternoon wondering what was happening, but he never got back to me. Late Sunday night was when I had to cancel my plans because I had a strong feeling the carrier would not be arriving. I had to make alternative arrangements to move my car down to Georgia. Four days later I still have not heard anything from [redacted].

Do NOT use this company. They will only leave you disappointed.
