I contacted Haul Away Logistics, LLC on Wednesday and got an estimate for transporting my SUV from Norcross, GA to Morrilton, Ar. I spoke with [redacted], who was very professional and courteous. I called [redacted] back on Friday to state that I wanted to use his company. He said my SUV would be picked up on Saturday, and it was. I received delivery of my SUV on Sunday at 1:00 p.m. This was better than good service. It was excellent service. The price was exactly what [redacted] stated. I will use them again.

Haul Away helped me organize the move of my foodtruck from marietta to martinez, the owner Craig J. knew exactly what to do. I was a little discouraged after talking to a few companies that stressed how complicated it was to move something this size, especially out of marietta. Craig and I spoke for about 20 minutes, and he explained much more thoroughly how moving my truck would go. he said it would not be problem to get a truck to go out to marietta, and that there are plenty of drivers that would love to take my truck! he called me back just an hour later with a driver!

I was lucky to have finally gotten someone on the phone who had a list of contacts for drivers that specialized in moving bigger vehicles, and was able to get the job done.

My husband and I have been talking about opening a food truck for a few years now, and we just happened to find one on craiglist for a great price. After all the back and forth and the shadiness of auto transport we almost decided to let it go. we are so excited about our new adventure and we have craig, and haulaway to thank for that!
I wasnt present for delivery, but the man we bought the truck from said the driver was very polite and professional at pick up, and my husband said the same for delivery!

I've got to say [redacted] is an expert businessman who's impeccable with timing and cheerfully puts forth the extra mile. I am at a 6hr time difference from his home port in Florida and he willfully worked with me well after work hours. Not to mention at one of the best rates I could find for Auto Shipment! This was the first time I have ever had a vehicle shipped and Haul Away Logistics was absolutely awesome. I had contacted them to ship my non-operational truck and worked with [redacted] - the National Director of Operations. He was extremely professional and easy to work with, especially considering I had made the mistake of double booking due to a misunderstanding on my part. He had everything processed on Friday, had a driver ready to go on Saturday and my vehicle was on its way that Sunday. I dealt with Jason at Haul-Away, and he handled my transport needs in a very professional manner. Their rates were the best I could find. My limo was picked up in LA without delay and I was able to contact the driver during the transport across country. Arrival was a day earlier than I expected. Would use Haul-Away again.

Our son is in the military and is currently stationed in Louisiana. We have shipped vehicles to him twice and used Haul Away both times. We got several quotes the first time and while Haul Away was not the cheapest, they gave us complete information and the job was done for the price originally quoted. Both shipments went off without a hitch and the drivers were very professional. We would definitely use Haul Away again.

Perfect transaction. My wife is at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston and India not have time to bother with details of moving our car to Nashville. HaulAway took this into consideration, saw to pickup fitting my very limited time widow and the driver was totally professional. After fishing through a sea of transport companies I used this site to pick one. haul Away Logistics was a little more expensive than other quotes but there were no hidden cost and all promises were met. I was extremely impressed with this company and the driver/trucking company he supplied! [redacted] was upfront about the process and realistic on expectations. I believe this is a tough industry to make sure all goes right all the time and you should expect that. However in this case everything did go as expected and my car is in my driveway!Very happy and will use Crain at Haul Away Logistics again!

I have had several cars shipped over the past few years. I have never had a company respond as quickly as Haul Away did. The car was picked up as soon as it was ready for pickup. The customer reps kept me informed about the car and the driver. The car arrived in the same condition it left. I could not be more pleased with my experience with Haul Away. This is my honest review. I have no complaints. I will definitely use them again and refer my friends to their company!

I was recently making a move from New Hampshire to Florida and had to ship a vehicle because driving didn't fit in with our work schedules. I did a lot of research on transport companies on different websites and ended up contacting Haul Away for a quote. I was really impressed when [redacted] contacted me within an hour with all of the information that I needed and a great price. We booked the transport and the pick up took place as scheduled with no issues. Once in Florida, I was able to stay in contact with the company for updates and delivery of my vehicle in the Tampa area went off without a hitch. Payment for the services was as described at the time of the quote so there were no surprises along the way and we couldn't be happier with the outcome.

I was a little skeptical at first, I hear car transport is not a very pretty industry. and its kind of dog eat dog I noticed after submitting for an online quote and getting a bunch of emails and phone calls from abunch of different companies trash talking eachother.
I was relieved to finally get a phone call from a Vincent C he went over all the ins and outs of the industry and what exactly to expect. He got my jeep moved from pembroke pines to cape cod for much less than the other companies were quoting, he was honest and responsive. I felt like he actually cared. He didnt have that "broker" car salesmen kind of feel to him like all the other people I spoke to. The driver arrived a little late for pick up but was very nice and very professional. I definitely expected some delays as I know they have other cars to pickup besides mine. Besides that everything was prompt, and professional. I got all my documents in my email right after hanging up with Vincent, he followed up with me daily, and got me a driver quickly. Being in the military, it's been pretty hectic transferring, hiring moving companies, and finding a new apartment and what not. it but Vincent really helped me out with making shipping my car a breeze! Great experience, great service, the billing department and dispatch department are also very friendly and helpful!

The driver was easy to communicate with and he delivered my vehicle as scheduled. I like the idea that I did not have to pay up front. We neglected to have the key available when the driver showed up and he was patient with us while we obtained it and gave it to him The car was delivered on the day it was promised.
