Review: I ordered an item (the spooky haunted phone /order #[redacted]) from the Haunted Props.com web site on Oct.**,2015. I received an e-mail stating that the item was shipped on Oct.**,2015,but the e -mail included no tracking number. I paid by credit card but I never received the item. My [redacted] was charged for this item on Oct.**,2015. I phoned the number listed on the Haunted Props.com web site (###-###-####) and the gentleman who answered was polite but gave me the "run around" as to why the item had not shipped. He had more excuses as to why my item was not shipped but no clear answer as to whether it would ever be shipped at all. He wanted me to feel sorry for him because he said that someone else (?) promised him that they could fulfill the orders but obviously could not do it. Do I have any recourse as to whether I can either obtain the item or have my money reimbursed ? Or am I simply out the $28.24? I want to warn others that Haunted Props took my money but did not deliver the product. Thanks for reading my complaint. Any help that you can give me is much appreciated. Review: On Oct ** 2014 I contacted Hauntedprops.com to inquire about speed of delivery for an order. The event was Halloween and I wanted to make sure that our order would arrive on time. On Oct [redacted] 2014 I received an email response from "[redacted]" stating the following "Hello You will have by next week Shipping can be calculated online, Thank You - [redacted]"

Since the order would arrive on time for my client I went ahead an purchased $2152.93 worth of product for my client for their 2014 Halloween Event. Since I had email confirmation from the company that the product would arrive in time for the event I was not concerned.

On Oct [redacted] I still had no received my product and was becoming concerned so I contacted Hauntedprops.com looking for a tracking number. Two days later I received an email response with one tracking code for the entire order. Within the next few days we received one box at a time (with different tracking codes then what Haunted Props had sent us) Clearly these packages were shipped at different times and not as one complete order.

We did not receive the full order before our event on Oct [redacted], we did however receive products well into November at a slow rate. When we contacted Haunted Props to state that we could not use the product or charge the client for the product they never replied. After multiple emails and phone calls we finally received a response to send the unused product back to them, which we did (we have confirmation from the shipping company it was recieved)Desired Settlement: We are seeking a refund for the products received after the [redacted] of October that we were unable to charge our client for as they could not be used. Haunted Props is in possession of these items currently as we returned them at our expense. We feel this is fair as Haunted Props confirmed that these would be sent to us in time for our event.

Our custoer service is excellent especailly when we spent over $650 in next day air shipping to you at our costs not to our fault. We were not offering you a store credit but a refund after we sell the products and have closed your account.The fact hat yo never waned to communcate on thephone for some strane reason has brought his to this pount. You state one thing and then do something completely different. We have spoken via phone and now you are changing your mind. It is not good customer service to inconvience your client, lie to your client and decieve them. Your business practices are shady at best. We want the refund that is owed to us immediately and not via store credit. You directed us to return the product which we have done. If this refund is not made within the week we will continue to review your company and the situation. You have dragged on this situation for far too long. We have phone records, delivery signatures and emails to prove that you are in the wrong. if you have any hope of resolving your client relationship you will return the funds.

Review: On 10/*/2015 I placed an order through Hauntedprops.com for a Hanging Around Torso prop. Several days later I logged into my account on their website to check the status of my order. The status was awaiting fulfillment. I was curious to see when my order would be shipped so I sent them an email to inquire. A couple days passed and I received no response. I sent another email and finally got a response. The reply stated that I would receive my order by Halloween as stated on Hauntedprops.com. I don't recall seeing that anywhere on their website but I was satisfied with that answer since I was counting on having the prop I ordered for a Halloween display. By 10/**/2015, my order had still not arrived. At this point I decided to call so that I may speak with someone directly. I ended up speaking with Joe who assured me that my order would arrive at my house the following day. He said to call him if there were any issues. My order arrived two days late on 11/*/2015 so it was of no use on Halloween as I had planned. When I opened the box, I immediately realized that it was definitely not the prop that I had ordered. I called Hauntedprops again and was directed to Joe's personal cell phone. I left a message during their business hours but was not able to speak with him until the following day. He claimed that their phones were down at the office which was why calls were being directed to his cell phone (which he rarely answers). After I explained what had happened, Joe assured me that he would make things right. He also added that he wasn't making any money off this order which I felt was quite unprofessional as it was not my fault that they sent the wrong prop. I sent Joe several picture messages so he could clearly see that I had received the wrong item. About ten days went by and I heard nothing. My order status on their website was still awaiting fulfillment. Apparently Hauntedprops.com doesn't update anything. Once again I called several times before getting in touch with Joe. He said the correct prop would be delivered to me in two weeks at most and again brought up the fact that he wasn't making any money off of my order due to returned shipping costs. Over two weeks later I have not received my order and have not gotten any calls or emails from Hauntedprops. I have tried to contact them and even left a message with my contact information. This is by far the worst customer experience I have had with any company. Hauntedprops was quick to take payment but after that it seems as though they are not concerned about their customers.Desired Settlement: If it is too much trouble to deliver what I ordered, I would like a full refund.

If the prop takes 3 to 4 weeks to make, I'm fine with that. What bothers me is the fact that I was specifically told by Hauntedprops that I would receive the correct prop in a maximum of 2 weeks. It's been over a month since initially receiving the wrong item and not once have they contacted me to just let me know it's running late. It's always me trying to contact them. A little more communication on their end would be greatly appreciated. After submitting my initial complaint, Joe did call me and left a message. He stated that my prop would be delivered to me after I returned the old one at my own expense. The only reason I still have the original prop they sent me is because when I asked Joe what he wanted me to do with it he said "Just hang on to it for now and I'll have it picked up. I'll take care of everything." Now that I've filed a complaint against Hauntedprops, Joe doesn't want to stand behind his word that they will take care of the shipping and make things right. When I called Joe again to discuss the situation he did not answer and has not returned my calls. How can any business expect the customer to pay return shipping costs when the business sent the wrong item in the first place. It is not my fault that Hauntedprops made a mistake and I should not have to pay extra money to receive the correct prop that I ordered. I would like Hauntedprops to cover any shipping costs as they initially said that they would.

Review: I ordered 2 items from Haunted Props on August **, 2015. They still have not delivered the items. I put in a dispute with [redacted]. Haunted Props gave [redacted] a tracking number that went to Banff, Aberdeenshire and didn't have my name. I do not live in Banff, Aberdeenshire, I live in Colorado. I have the original email confirmation from when I ordered the product and I have several emails back and forth from Haunted Props and the product maker and still do not have my product or a refund. My purchase total was $416.66. That is not a small penny. If you need any of the backup emails I can provide them all. At this point, I just want them to refund me my money. The customer service is terrible. I feel they are ripping me off. It has been 4 month since I made this purchase.Desired Settlement: As a business that is to provide products, they need to refund me my money since they never delivered.

Review: I placed Order #[redacted] on 9/**/14. The 2 items I ordered were listed in stock on the Haunted Props website. I received an order confirmation e-mail indicating I would receive a second e-mail once the order ships. This never happened. I contacted Haunted Props through [redacted], telephone, and e-mail. I never received a return call, the [redacted] respondent said they couldn't help (referred me to call), and the e-mail respondent said the items were out of stock. I waited for future correspondence. This never happened. I reached out again via e-mail 10/*/14 asking for an update since my Haunted Props online account still shows the order as "processing." The e-mail respondent said the items shipped. I replied back and asked for tracking information. Per the Haunted Props website, customers can request tracking information via e-mail. This never happened. It is now 10/**/14, and I am reaching out to the Revdex.com (along with [redacted]) for assistance. The total amount of the order , $108.74, was paid in full to Haunted Props (I have the e-mail/bank verification that shows immediate payment after the order was placed).Desired Settlement: I want the tracking information that verifies the items were shipped the week Haunted Props claims they were shipped. If the items did not ship the week in question, I want the items shipped with next day delivery at no cost to me. If the items do not exist (meaning, they can't be shipped), I want a full refund.

Was sold out but more inventory came in from containers from overseas which we can not control delivery dates. Expected delivery was end of September but showed up late. This is the peak season in the Halloween Industry where we receive 100's of orders everyday., and communication is slower than normal at our business time which is nomal for all venders in our business,
