Hawaii Medical Skin Care is a very ethical and professional aesthetic medicine clinic They are very honest and offer the highest quality professional services and products at excellent prices *** ***, MD is an amazing cosmetic surgeon, trained and board certified in the latest technologies and techniques, while putting his patient's safety first My husband and I have both been treated very well at this clinic and highly recommend others seek their care at this location A+ rating!

On October 24, 2015, *** came for a consultation on a smartlipo with our physician where she was quoted $8,for smartlipo for her body with fat transfer to her ankles and face. Additionally, she was quoted a price of $1,for a separate package of facial laser treatments for her chronic dyspigmentation issues Later, on March 31, she purchased a package of aesthetician facial treatments for $ So, please be clear, there are three separate treatment protocols being discussed, simultaneously For the SmartLipo/fat transfer procedure, ***’s pexam was on November 23, During her pappointment, she made a deposit for smartlipo in the amount of $3, On December 10, *** came to pick up her prescriptions and paid the remaining balance of $5,The smartlipo procedure on her abdomen and flanks with fat transfer to her face and ankles was performed by our physician on December 18, Our physician saw *** for smartlipo povisits on the following dates: December and December 2015, plus January 14, 2016, February 4, March 3, 2016, and April 14, During these povisits, *** discussed with our physician that she would like to repeat the procedure, since she had resumed her poor health habits and had subsequently gained all the weight removed during her procedure, plus an additional 10-lbs over these monthsOur doctor explained to her that he can repeat the procedure, but, as previously agreed and acknowledged on her signed consent forms, she will have to pay for additional procedures. There was nothing wrong or incomplete about her initial procedure. Instead, she had just overwhelmed her improved body with her own additional weight gain and sedentary lifestyle In response, she demanded free procedure or money back Therefore, we explained to her that she signed a consent form confirming that “in the unlikely case where an imperfection results, then the patient and the doctor will determine the necessity of secondary procedure and that second procedure is not included in the initial procedure cost, and that you will be billed separately for the second procedure.” She got upset and has since persisted in threatening our staffmembers and demanding money backWith respect to her facial dyspigmentation laser treatments, as I mentioned above, she purchased package of six treatments She received laser treatments on the following dates: December 31, 2015, January 21, 2016, March 3, 2016, March 31, 2016, July 7, She did not show up for her treatment in April or MayShe had previously signed and acknowledged our office policy regarding being charged for the full treatment when she “No Shows” without even calling to reschedule. Therefore, she did not have any credit remaining for further facial laser treatmentsWith respect to a package of facials, as I mentioned above, she purchased a package of on March 31, She received her facial on March 31, She did not show up for her April 28, scheduled facialShe had previously signed and acknowledged our office policy regarding being charged for the full treatment when she “No Shows” without even calling to reschedule. Therefore, she had left only one aesthetician facial left ($value) which was scheduled for on August 4, Because she was harassing staff members and threatening doctor which made security to call a police, we refused to see her as our patientWe offered her skin care products for the amount owed ($135) or spa gift certificates she can share with someone elseShe refused and filed a complaint with Revdex.com

I am rejecting this response because: According to their first email she did NOT mention anything about skipping appointments. Also they did not deny "[redacted]" laser procedure. We didn't have an argument with the workers as shown in the police report that has been filed that they refused to do our service we payed for.
