[redacted]i did open disputes charge with my credit card bank and I get temporary refund for 2 months until investigation don they didn't refund  and they have 2 months to respond.and I sill claiming for my $3400 I payed in cash .

patients for elective cosmetic procedures underwent. You agreed and understood that it was an entirely elective procedure and you understood that there was no specific outcome discussed or predicted. You agreed and warranted that you would not request, demand or ask for any refunds for this treatment, following the procedure or at any time during the recovery. You, as a patient of Hawaii Medical Skin Care, did sign a consent form confirming that “in the unlikely case where an imperfection results, then the patient and the doctor will determine the necessity of secondary procedure and that second procedure is not included in the initial procedure cost, and that you will be billed separately  for the second procedure.” As for [redacted] laser procedure, we have the right to refuse service to any person who abuses or threatens any employee of Hawaii Medical Skin Care. I am sorry that your disruptive and abusive behavior caused security to call police. A spa credit in the form of skin care products or gift certificates is issued to you since we refuse to see you as our patient. I am rejecting this response because: The business response is simply not true and it is straight Slander. I did not skip any treatments, I used all skincare products, and I did everything I was instructed to do by the doctor. I tried to return the skincare products after months of daily use because the skincare products simply did not work and did not do anything for my skin. I even asked the doctor several times for other alternatives to the products that I purchased due to the products being ineffective on my skin. I received all Laser treatments, drank plenty of water, stayed out of the sun, received a couple of facials from this office, ate healthy, cut out all sugar, used sunscreen, and everything else that was instructed by the doctor and not one darkspot has faded. I was not at all happy to receive any spa credit.  The company simply told me that since I have already used the products, that I could not get my money back. I was told that I would need six laser treatments, skin care products to include sunscreen, eat healthy, stay out of the sun, etc in which I did.  This company is simply selling bogus products to consumers. Every last darkspot is still on my face that was there the day I walked into the office. I find this practice to be unacceptable and unprofessional. I even asked the doctor did he see any of the spots fading and he did not see any. It should be against the law to not refund a customers money for products that clearly doesn't work and I am ready to do whatever it takes to ensure that I receive my money back from this bogus procedure.

This surgical clinic is very ethical and provided me with excellent care during a very difficult time in my life and health. Dr. M[redacted] is very caring and professional
