Emson representative Josie P[redacted] spoke with the customer on or about June **, 2017.  Emson regrets that the product is currently out of stock.  The customer has not been charged, and will not be charged until the product is actually shipped.  Ms. P[redacted] offered to close the order...

in light of the delay (at no cost), but the customer elected to keep the order open.  Emson will ship the product as soon as it becomes available.

The order was shipped on December **, 2016.  Emson representative Josie P[redacted] contacted the customer, updated her regarding the shipment, and apologized for the delay.  Emson hopes and understands that the customer is satisfied with the shipment, and invites her to contact Emson again...

regarding any issues with the shipment.  The shipment is made without finding fault with any party, and in order to amicably resolve the dispute.

The customer's account is being refunded a $19.99 credit, and the customer can keep the pan already received.  This is believed to resolve the dispute. The refund is being provided in order to amicably resolve the dispute, and without admitting or denying wrongdoing by any party.

Emson representative Josie P[redacted] spoke with the customer on or about September **, 2017.  It appears [redacted] was concerned he was going to be charged for products he did not want in the future.  However, his order has been canceled.  He has not been billed, and will not be billed...

in the future.  Thus, the issue is believed to be resolved.

 The company person I spoke to, did not address the multiple "hang-ups" that happened to me, that caused me to make the Revdex.com complaint. She never stated that she would exclate the issue to her upper management. It would be nice if they acknowledged the  bad customer service I received. It appears they don't care. I was told the web site, initially was down for repairs,when I first contacted then. The lady, when she called me, state the company took down the website because they has no product (tax glasses). This again shows that you get a differe by answer by different people you talk to. One does not know which answer is correct. Very sad they do not own up to there bad customer service issues I mentioned.[redacted]

The customer is being provided with a credit for the full disputed amount.  They credit is being provided to amicably resolve the dispute, and without admitting or denying wrongdoing by any party.  This is believed to fully resolve the dispute.

Emson is sending the customer two magnetic Tac Light Lanterns for no additional charge.   The additional products are being provided in order to amicably resolve the dispute, and without admitting or denying fault by any party.  Emson believes this will resolve the dispute.
