WOW-- I cant believe how bad their service is and I have to pay for their mistake!!! BS!
HD SUPPLY- you obviously do not care about your customers as you have all 1 stars. I will be sharing in every social media format to get people to never buy from you! you deserve to go bankrupt!

Never again. HD unprofessional & dishonest
I’m an essential service, which has allowed me to keep working (almost at full capacity) since the start of Fauxvid-19.
Trouble was finding enough supplies to keep me going, so I found HD Supply.

The first time I ordered from them... it was a shipment of toilet paper. It was very late. And that’s fine, as it wasn’t in stock when I ordered and there was an “expected” delivery date. Problem was, they don’t update the app. So after it was very late, I contacted Customer service via email. No reply. I reached out again and got a reply with a new delivery date. Honestly, I think they only actually shipped it after my emails, telling them I am an essential service and I NEED this to keep working, and telling them that they need someone updating the app, emailing people about late orders.. order shipments, etc.. how unprofessional.
Next, I needed more supplies, including TP and I ordered very early to be sure I got it in time... though the app said it was IN stock. If memory serves me correctly, I did not have to bug them about this shipment.

The next thing is my recent and LAST experience with them. I ordered masks and 3 gallons of Lysol. ALL in stock. I got the masks. But the Lysol, which was supposed to arrive on the 4th of November, did not arrive. I emailed them on November 19. This is my email
“ I’d like to when the second part of my order will arrive. I’m still waiting on the 3 bottles of Lysol, which had an expected delivery date of 11/04/2020.
As you consistently fail to provide updates on your app or in an email, I have to email you, which I do not appreciate and quite frankly, causes me to think that your customer service department lacks professionalism.
This has already been charged to the account and I’ve still not received it.
Please respond with haste. I am an essential service and I will soon need these supplies or I will have to cancel many of my scheduled jobs.

I emailed again on Saturday the 21st.
“ Still waiting for your reply. I need my Lysol. When is it going to arrive. Your company is severely lacking in customer relations. If you would at least update information on your app, I would be able to know when to expect my order (which was IN STOCK when I ordered it and due to arrive on November 4).

It is now November 21. You’ve taken the money from the bank account. And I’ve heard nothing about a new delivery date AND I’ve already emailed you asking for an update.

“Hello,
We are showing for delivery of 11/25/2020 at this time. These are always estimated delivery dates and are subject to change if neccessary. Thank you and sorry for the inconvenience”

Today is the 25th. I’m 100% out of Lysol. I wonder how my elderly clients are going to feel about this, given their heightened risk? I wonder how many clients will seek the services of someone who has Lysol?

Honestly I believe they say they have items in stock that are not in stock, just to get people to order from them.

FYI: all items I’ve received from them in times past... I am never able to track shipping because I don’t get shipping information. AND each delivery I’ve gotten? Well on the app, they all STILL say, “In Transit”

Very unprofessional company. I will indeed seek all of my future supplies elsewhere, as I cannot afford to go out of business.

Doors
Waited on doors for over 30 days. they tell me they will be delivered to Orlando on the
15th then on the 19th I call again and they tell me that these doors are not even available
in my area. Don't mess with this company if you are in need of anything .

Our used car [redacted] has spoken with [redacted] and asked her to bring the car in so we can see what is going on with it He has offered to put her in a car but she did not show up to have it looked at We will be happy to look at the car and evalutate what needs to be done as soon as she brings it inShe can reach us [redacted] Please let me know if we can be of any further help

Mr [redacted] stated he learned about the advertisement through the company's websiteAfter filing the complaint with the Revdex.com, Hyundai reached out to him about the issue directlyThey sent him the gift card that was advertised the day after they spokeMr [redacted] stated that the complaint has been resolved with the business

Our Sales manager contacted the customer and we are taking care of the needed repair

I am very sorry to hear the service visit did not go as planned We do not provide rental cars for repairs as it is not a provision of the warranty We do extend our price with no mark up to our customers The enterprise location we use opens at 8:00am I am not sure what their sites may say but the branch at arch road is 8am to 6pm I would be happy to take care of alternate transportation for the customer due to the misunderstanding at this point They can contact me (Jason V [redacted] ) or Mike A [redacted] for further assistanceThank you

The work was performed as requested unfortunatley the vehicle had a nail in the tire The low pressure light came on idicating that the front tire was low That tire had been rotated to the rear during the service as it was supposed to be The system relearns tire loacation after the vehicle it driven appoxmiles The vehicle had not been driven far and thus the location still showed as the front but the tire was put to the back All work was performed by factory trained technicians using all OEM parts

I ordered a medicine cabinet from them because they have the best price. Well, after it was installed for me, I noticed damage on one of the doors at the top and the bottom of the door hits the door to the right of it. I e-mailed customer service with pictures but no one replied. I called the next day and I was told I had to give a credit card to have another one shipped to me and the damaged one sent back tot hem. NO guarantee I would get my money back for the damaged medicine cabinet so I would be paying for two cabinets when THEY sent me a damaged one. This is not right at all. So, I now have to live with a damaged cabinet because I cam not taking a chance of them ripping me off for their mistake.

Have tried times to return a item that was not good quality Was told each time I called the item would be picked up in 3-days It was never picked up We are now months in to the return process Finally got a supervisor that told me they would give me an Invoice adjustment credit and they would send a check and we could keep the product and they would call me back in 2-business days It has been week with no return phone call or credit When I called again to complain they had no record of the conversation about giving a credit adjustment

I do not trust them to "repair" it again because a month or so later when I get my oil changed again; I will be back in this same predicament. Customer has been called and the issue has been resolved

Customer has purchased vehicle from us and they always apply the gap refund to the new vehicle purchase. Customer signed buyers order showing down payment of gap cancellation. If we can be of any further help please let us know
