I just bought the led conversion kit for my 2015 GMC Sierra Denali 2500HD. This is the third different kit I have tried to make my lights even turn on. I just installed these lights and HOLY CRAP they work! Thank you so much for making quality kits. Buy it, it works.
These bulbs are junk and way over priced , My old bulbs ( Factory ) Puts out more light on my 2006 chevy. I would recommend you to read all reviews before you waste money on these bulbs . They will not take there junk back if you try them out but how else are you going to see the quality of these bulbs without trying them . The bubs are a $70.00 dollar garbage filler. All I done as far used bulbs as they refer is put them in drove down the road couple miles bring vehicle home removed bulbs. JUNK
They sale headlights but experts they are not! They do specialize in being rude and apparently have no concept of quality customer service. None the less they somehow stay in business. I can't speak to the quality of their products as I never completed my purchase...nor would I ever patronize a company that make me feel like a bother.
Ordered their LED replacement H11 bulbs for my 2007 Tahoe. Bulbs appeared decent quality out of the box. Removed housings from vehicle, inserted bulbs, never even got to placing housings back on vehicle before bulb "popped" out on its own. One of the three "locking fins" had broken off and another was bent. Obviously it would no longer remount. Notified company and was replied to with "[damaged] due to forced installation". I been installing bulbs for a long time and have NEVER had one do this. I then compared the standard halogen and the LED bulbs side-by-side. A notable difference in mounting construction quality. Headlight "Experts" bulbs' "locking fins" were a 1/3 the size/strength as a standard bulb. Requested refund and was refused. Will be filing formal complaint/charges to receive money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You've been notified. Comparison photos included.
WORST CUST SERVICE EVER "ROBERT'' IS THE MOST CLUELESS PERSON I HAVE EVER MET. TO SAY RUDE IS NOT EVEN CLOSE. HAD A PROBLEM WITH FRAUD ON MY AMEX AND ROBERT CALLS ME A THIEF. WAS NOT WILLING TO LISTEN TO A WORD I SAID WILL NEVER DO BUISINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. ON ANOTHER NOTE THE L.E.D HEADLIGHTS I PURCHASED ONE BURNT OUT AFTER 1 WEEK.

I purchased High, Low, and Fog LED bulbs for a 2010 Ford Fusion and used my professional mechanic to install them. I have used this ASE Certified mechanic for over 20 hears and he is highly respected in our community. My mechanic was unable to install the bulbs provided by Headlight Experts as they do not fit properly in the Fusion for a variety of reasons to include bulb clocking for correct beam direction, clipping to secure the bulbs, incompatibility with water proof seals which can cause overheating of the bulbs, and exposure to the elements. When I called Headlight Experts for assistance, the person on the phone was rude, laughed at me, was insulting to me, and expressed no interest in listening or helping me with this problem. I would not recommend Headlight Experts to anyone. No guarantee their products will work on your vehicle and their customer service is terrible. Headlight Experts will argue they did not receive my written mechanics report and they have installed over 1000 bulbs on Ford Fusions. I did send a second email with the report and the bulbs do not work on my Ford Fusion. Why would I lie, all I wanted was a LED product for my Fusion. Very dissatisfied.
Their single purpose lights such as low beam only are ok though way over priced. Their high low beam combination bulbs are a terrible design that give an unusable beam pattern. LED bulbs need to mimic the location of the halogen filaments they are replacing. Theirs don’t. I had much better light from some $40 Hikari LEDs. Don’t waste your money like I did.
