The order you have on file for *** *** is the one referenced. When *** *** placed the order using an IPAD, the terms and conditions were no where to be found on your website as you mentioned (THIS IS PROOVEN BY THE SCREEN SHOTS I ATTACHED TO THE FILING OF THIS ISSUE). Yes, *** filed a dispute with our bank, however, the bank has denied the claim (I will attach a copy of their denial in a separate response, as I don't have the paperwork with me right now).]
