Dear Revdex.com, Since this complaint, DHL delivered Ms***'s order on January 02ndThere must have been a delay in shipment due to the holidays and we are very happy she is able to enjoy her Love Your Melon productSince we did not have stock in the product she ordered initially, we refunded the account and added a 10% discount on topWe very much hope that Ms [redacted] continues to support Love Your Melon and that we will better serve in the future Our best, The Crew

I am rejecting this response because: They state they sent me my initial orderI never received this or any email, phone call or correspondence stating that an order was on its wayI did receive a code for future purchaseBut the hat I purchased I never received

At Love Your Melon, we strive to provide amazing customer serviceDuring this busy time, we are little behind on requestsThis case, specifically, we refunded ***'s order for the requested $dollars on November 27thWe understand this was days late after her requestThe discount that she
received was a gift from us, since she is a loyal customer of oursWe fully intended for her to be able to deduct $from her order with that discount as a thank you for her supportApparently, the discount code did not work when she tried to apply itShe notified us, and we refunded her for the $then disabled the discount codeWe sincerely apologize for the late response and promise to serve them better in the future
