A lady from this company called to offer me a free trial of of their products All I would have to pay was shipping and handling I was not told that the the shipping and handling was non refundable if I canceled my order I also was not told that after the free trial my credit card would be charged $for each product if I did not call and cancel my account with them before the free trial was up I read that online after I had agreed to the free trial Within an hour of that first phone call I called to cancel the order of the free trial because I was not going to be able to afford the product A couple of days later my account was charged the shipping fees even though the account was canceled and I did not receive the product I called to see why my card was still charged and was then told it was non refundable and there was nothing they could do I fussed for a very long time and finally got the girl to say she would get a supervisor She kept me waiting for minutes and kept coming back every minute telling me I was next She was actually just giving me the run around and was waiting for me to hang up, I never got to talk to a supervisor Then she even told me that I could still get the free trial for my troubles, but I would have to pay another thing of shipping and handling Seriously?! ? Do not deal with these people, they do not tell you how it works and they refuse to give you your money back even though the offer was a money back guarantee

The operator was very misleading when I order the free trialI was told there would be no further charges when I orderedIt took over an hour taking to three different people and being disconnected once to come to an unsatisfactory outcome of only receiving 75% of what they charged me after being told I wouldn't be charged in the first placeVery misleading seams like a scam.will not recommend anyone to use this companyProduct didn't work either
