Customer called our customer service and received return instructions. Informed our customer service they were using another product/brand. Refunds were applied to account at that time. We have removed the phone number from our database. Apologies for the inconvenience.

People be careful when ordering from these online businesses....This company by the name of healthey.com are CROOKS......They promise you a free trail of their products and then tell you that, you only needs to pay shipping and handling..
I specifically ask the C.S.R "will I be billed for anything else when the trail is over"? and her response was "oh no", call us back and let us know how the products works.
Only to see that 14 days after my order was placed for the Free Trial I am billed $169.25 to my card. I called them and they are telling me that the fine writing stated just that, and that they will only refund me 50% of what I was billed. They also stated that if I am willing to return the products that there is a restocking fee of 50% as well.
W.T.F wrong with these people. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.

Customer spoke to supervisor on 5/6/17. Refunds were applied to card ending in 9794 of 5/6/17 and customer said would contact Revdex.com to remove complaint. Please update as we have complied with requests. Thank you.

The operator was very misleading when I order the free trial. I was told there would be no further charges when I ordered. It took over an hour taking to three different people and being disconnected once to come to an unsatisfactory outcome of only receiving 75% of what they charged me after being told I wouldn't be charged in the first place. Very misleading seams like a scam.will not recommend anyone to use this company. Product didn't work either

A lady from this company called to offer me a free trial of 2 of their products. All I would have to pay was shipping and handling. I was not told that the the shipping and handling was non refundable if I canceled my order. I also was not told that after the free trial my credit card would be charged $90 for each product if I did not call and cancel my account with them before the free trial was up. I read that online after I had agreed to the free trial. Within an hour of that first phone call I called to cancel the order of the free trial because I was not going to be able to afford the product. A couple of days later my account was charged the shipping fees even though the account was canceled and I did not receive the product. I called to see why my card was still charged and was then told it was non refundable and there was nothing they could do. I fussed for a very long time and finally got the girl to say she would get a supervisor. She kept me waiting for 10 minutes and kept coming back every minute telling me I was next. She was actually just giving me the run around and was waiting for me to hang up, I never got to talk to a supervisor. Then she even told me that I could still get the free trial for my troubles, but I would have to pay another thing of shipping and handling. Seriously?! ? Do not deal with these people, they do not tell you how it works and they refuse to give you your money back even though the offer was a money back guarantee.
