I called Healthy Halo because I was very confused about how to enroll into health InsuranceI spoke to several knowledgeable agents there and was able to find the help I neededI would recommend calling this company to get easily enrolled into insurance

It is important to understand insurance before purchasing one During my interaction with Ameer, he explained everything in a more simplified, concise manner that any lame person would understand My fear was weather their company was legit or not, but I was assured that the company was licensed and legit To top it all, I got an affordable health insurance possible, and I couldn't be happier

My experience was a pleasant surprise My representative was proficient and knowledgeable and streamlined the application process to the best of his ability

my experience with Healthy Halo insurance was thorough, and my coverage was explained in great detail

The CEO of this agency sold me my medical insurance policy stated while he was selling me the policy, that I could call him anytime direct and he would help meEvery time I call
he is not available and have even left a voice mail on this extension and he has yet to return my call

Brent *** was very professional, spoke well and slow enough to understand and answered the questions I hadI felt like I was talking to a real person and not just someone reading a scriptWe even joked and laughed as we went alongI felt at easeI tried to give Brent scenarios to better understand my coverage and he took the time to go over them> He more than once invited me to call him with any additional questions and even provided that service on his follow up e-mailI actually liked the whole experience if that is possible buying insurance

I was set up on a short term medical for December then switched to Anthem Blue Cross for JanuaryI was told to send in an e-mail and call to cancel the short term medical by a certain date, which I didI called to follow back up and make sure that my e-mail was receivedI was surprised then when January 2nd, the money was pulled out of my account for the short term medicalI was not able to get a hold of the agent, customer service or billing over the weekend to take care of thisWhen I was able to get a hold of customer service on Monday, I was told that the holidays are extremely busy and that everyone is backed upI will get a refund but not too happy since I followed their instructions and feel that they should know their business, business flow and be availableI thought that a day notice would have been sufficient enough, especially when this is the instructions they told meI have received conflicting information whenever I call the various parties (agent vscustomer service)It is very confusing and find it would be less confusing if I went directly to Blue Cross or Aetna and worked directly with them

I was very impressed at how quickly Scott responded and assisted me in my insurance needs. I had others call but he seemed more in tune with the type of policy was the best fit for me.

I went online to request a phone call from this company to help me set up my insurance by phone. I received a call from the company within 15-20 seconds. The gentleman on the phone was great to work with. He was professional, friendly, patient, and compassionate. He went through every coverage and cost one by one. If I didn't completely understand something he reviewed, he took the time to explain it in detail. He answered several questions I had. He gave me his direct line so that if I had any additional questions I could contact him directly. He also took the time to explain the review process step by step before transferring me to that department.

This insurance agency did NOT listen to the kind of insurance I wanted and sold me two different insurances 1. Accident and death insurance when I told him I wanted to be able to go to the doctor for regular check ups.
Scott said the fee to sign up will be $50 dollars
Scott also sold me Critical illness insurance when I dont have a critical illness.
Then good luck trying to get in contact with this "Business"

When I told them I needed a refund they keep $100 processing fee (The one Scott said was $50 dollars) and the refund takes 15-21 Business Days.
DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE COMPANY!!!

The agents that I spoke to was very attentive and answer all questions.

He made my experience getting insurance very easy! I would recommend this company to everyone looking for health insurance!

You will end up figuring out everything you need to without "help" from these people. Steer clear.

This company seems to care about helping out its customers to understand how their services work.
They made some mistakes but don't we all.They apologized and corrected the problems.
It would be nice to see what you are paying for before you pay for it. Still haven't seen the policy. Being everything is done electronically I don't understand why the policy can't be reviewed before payment. Every body is a fast talker. Guess we'll see30 days to cancel.

Tristtan [redacted] was very friendly, and informational.....I actually enjoyed my experience......the girl that did the verification was very nice, but she needed tro slow down just a bit....so I could understand what she was saying.
