I got insurance from here a couple days before thanksgiving. They were really nice and helpful at first. I only got one email after stating the bill of just the dental abd vision. Nothing else. I wasn't emailed any other information about my insurance. I have no cards at all either. When I first called to see what was happening, the lady on the phone was very rude telling me that they have tried calling me when I know that's not true. Then she gave me her email to send my driver's id and phone number, which I did right away. She didn't get back at all. I tried again today and nothing. Now I keep calling and thevreps keep sending me to customer services, who don't get back to me. I'm getting frustrated and I don't know what to do. I just want somebody to email me all the information for my insurance.

I had questions about the health insurance enrollment process that I could not find answers to online, and I did not want to wait to go through manual enrollment. The Healthy Halo agent quickly answered my questions and helped me get enrolled by phone.

I was attempting to secure health insurance in the state of Tennessee through the marketplace and found the website for healthy halo insurance services. I spoke with a sales rep named Scott who told me I could get excellent coverage for $222.00 a month, and that was as good a rate as I could get. The true story is that Scott sold me two different policies. The first was Blue Cross Blue Shield major medical plan for $67.00 a month. The second was a supplement called Tri Med that is basically an accident policy for $155.00 a month. Needless to say when I received the paperwork and realized what had happened I immediately cancelled the Tri Med supplement and requested a refund of my $155.00. If you are considering doing business here, be careful about the add on supplement policies. The way the rep explained it made it sound as if the coverage was under one policy and that all the coverage was needed. In my case the major medical policy covered everything I needed.

Worst experience with an insurance company EVER! I was told that I would get a discounted price on health insurance if I signed up for multiple policies. That was a lie, I later found out that these policies were just added costs and in no way affected the price of my health insurance premium. I called an cancelled all of the unneeded policies and was told that I would be refunded via mail in 7-10 buisness days. It is now 13 days after I cancelled these policies. I called to check on the status of my refund and I am now being told it will be an additional 30 days before I receive any refund. This company also partners with [redacted] which charged me $130 AFTER I had already cancelled the policy. This company will sell you policies from multiple companies, but if you ever want to cancel they tell you that they do not handle the cancellations, but yet they can sell you the policy?!?!?! I will never use or recommend this company to anyone!

My experience with healthy halp was a joke just terrible they are misleading and try to sell you things that you don't ask for on the sly the representative did not listen and I should have stopped it right there I actually did not need them they are a middleman making a fast buck call the desired insurance company direct when I cancelled the policy they tried to sell me something else and could mot answer any questions about it just a quick signop they said they would find out and call me back I never heard from them they were supposed to send an enail to confirm cancellation I have not received that either
terrible way to do business I consider then untrudtworthy and nothing but a scam
