I purchased a sauna at the Cleveland home and garden show on February I feel this might be one of the BEST PURCHASES I EVER MADE!!!! I have been in the sauna Almost every night since purchase! I feel great(especially after working outside in the nasty cold and snow)! I sleep better at night and seem to have a little more zip! I am years old and have been a little rough on my body this seems to have loosened up the old bones! The installation was quick easy and on time! The two men who installed explained everything ! Easy to use , enjoyable, I highly recommend!!!!!! [redacted] call if you wish!

Actually we bought our sauna a little over a year ago and have been very pleased with itYes it took about days to get it delivered but the health benefits are terrific and we use it almost dailyConsidering price, quality and health benefits I have to say we're very satisfied

San Antonio, Texas at an RV show at the Freeman Coliseum in January of They were very easy to work with and required a minimal down paymentWhen I called to settle up payment, *** was very helpful and made the process smooth, she also kept me informed as to the shipping date and tracking numberI received the Sauna on Monday the 10th of March packaged very well with all the glass protected and boxes to unpack, assembly was easy and quickI called the next day with some questions, again *** was quick to return the call and gave quick answers to questions I hadTwo thumbs up to Healthy Life Saunas and I would recommend them to anyoneI have used my Sauna everyday since assembly

We did have an extreme delay in our orders but they were finally received near the end of JulyWe've tried to contact this customer multiple times since their sauna has become in stock and they have not yet accepted delivery.

My husband and I are very satisfied with our Dry Sauna. We have been wanting one for some time now and recently we went to the Cleveland Home & Garden Show and talked to a rep and found out how inexpensive one was to own. We also love the fact that it is great and wonderful for just relaxation, sore muscles, detoxification and circulation. All in all its very good for your health. Pure Health Saunas have been extremely helpful. We highly recommend this to anyone who is looking to be healthy.

The owner of healthy life spas did contact me and turned this over to his brother to take care of our issue. To date, we have received a cashiers check for $1000.00 for our hot tub on Tuesday...

November 25th. We were told that they would come and get their sauna over the Holiday weekend, which they have not done yet. I would like for them to come and get it as soon as possible. I truly want to be done with this company and move on.

Review: Called sauna bobs 8 times left message several times, but mailbox always full. Called [redacted] tate cell number left message twice, no response. Sauna ion not working properly on sauna. Receipts say lifetime warranty all parts and labor. Just want somebody to call me back.Desired Settlement: I would like a phone call and ion unit replaced or repaired.

Review: Primary Nature of Complaint consists of many but only could choose one. We purchased a sauna from Healthy Life Sauna back in March of 2014 from the Home and Garden Trade Show. What was written up for the sale was a trade in with our hot tub plus $3600.00. for a six man outdoor sauna. We paid with credit card and were promised our sauna in May 2014. May came and went and no sauna. We called many many many times with no response until I had contacted Home n Garden and made a complaint with them. Healthy Life did call us and sent out a "loaner" sauna and took our hot tub. We were told we would see our purchase by September. We called them and were lucky enough to have the owner talk to us about our issues with the loaner we had. It would not hold a high degree of temperature to only find out that this is an indoor sauna. We had asked him if the one we are getting will that be for the outdoor. He said "no" they only sell indoor saunas. This adds more to our complaint. When we purchased the sauna in March, we were told by the sales person that what we were getting is on outdoor sauna. All the way around we were mislead by this company. We ended up disputing the charge on our credit card and got our money back. We talked one last time to the owner (before he stopped taking our calls) and we worked out an agreement that they would come and get the "loaner" sauna and give us $1000.00 for our hot tub. We have been calling them, leaving messages letting them know that we will be filing complaints with Revdex.com, NARI Foundation Contact Six, and Home n Gardens if we don't settle this now. We want them to come get their sauna and give us the $1000.00 for our hot tub and not have to deal with this anymore!Desired Settlement: We want them to come pick up their "loaner" sauna and give us $1000.00 for our hot tub which they have. This has been my second complaint to Revdex.com but never heard anything back from my first complaint. Please help us.

Review: On March 1, 2014, we met with [redacted] from Healthy Life Saunas at Columbus Ohio Home and Garden Show. He was very nice to show us the benefits of the sauna he had on display and gave us his sales pitch. Because we live a healthy lifestyle the Sauna was going to be a great addition to our life. So we bought one with our credit card for $2150.00. [redacted] told us that delivery would be 6 to 8 weeks. Eight weeks came and went, so I called the company number from the receipt. Left several messages before finally getting a return call back. Don't remember the girls name, but she told me that there was such a high demand for these saunas that shipment had been delayed. She gave me another date with offering me for the inconvenience of having the delivery person put the sauna together for me. That was great, I said and waited until June 1, her suggested time of delivery. Days go by and no call, email, NOTHING. I have made several more calls since that date and NOT ONE RETURN CALL. Message on voicemail says they would call back in one business day. So as of this date, no sauna, no call. I also called [redacted], because he gave me his cell number on my receipt and told him my situation and unfortunately, he no longer works for the company, but did have the owners number and called him. I again called [redacted] today and he said he would call right back, but haven't heard from him either. At this point, I just want my money back and don't really care to work with such a company. They have a lifetime warranty on their saunas too, but probably won't follow through with that either. This company is a awful company to work with. It has been 4 months today since I purchased the sauna and no product in my procession yet. Like I said I don't want it either, just my money back!!!!Desired Settlement: The outcome of this whole thing is to get my money back immediately!!! I am tired of dealing with these people and want to move on and not have to make another phone call.

Review: on 8/19/13 I ordered a sauna from sauna bobs and put $1000.00 down for a deposit on our discover card and they said it would be delivered to my door on or about 10/30/13. Then they moved the delivery date to 11/30/13 then it was changed again to late december 2013 and they were asking for the remaining $1300 before even shipping it and I put it on my credit card. It wasn't until about the end of January 2014 that they shipped it. I got it about the middle of february and you can see how bad it was damaged in the pictures. they lost one box 95"x26"x10"and I never got that. A forklift put a hole in one wall and the edges of the front and opposite wall were broken up and could not be put together and sealed.The unit weighed about 1000 lbs and should not have been put in cardboard boxes. they said they were going to file a claim with the freight co. and I would have to wait 60 to 90 days to get my money back. I didn't hire the freight co. so thats not my problem.Then they said they would send me a new sauna (it's all in the email) and had me believe it was on the verge of being shipped. they told me to do whatever I wanted with the old, damaged one. Nobody can use it and I can't give it away so I have to pay about $50 to have the thing hauled to the dump because it has a lot of glass in it. I waited 3 weeks and heard nothing,so I sent 2 emails and got no answer.I think they were just putting me off and had no intention of ever correcting the problem for the sauna. I don't get any response from them at all now. Your help would be deeply appreciated to help solve this problem.Desired Settlement: Refund whole $2300 that was put on credit card.

Review: The product I purchased isn't working properly. It has a 1 year warranty included. I've called several times and each time I am told that a person from the service department will contact me. I have never been contacted.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back for the purchase price of the product.

Hello. I received a call from Sauna Bob's last week stating they would

ship me the parts needed to fix my heater. I have not received them yet

so I called them and they assurred me the parts were in the mail.

Before receiving this complaint letter form you, we

had already sent out the needed part to the customer.

We admit that it took a bit longer than expected, but

this is only because we don't have a heater tech on staff during the summer

time because people are not using heaters and therefore we usually have no

customers to assist during that period each year. We had to call one in to take

care of this customer.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Although it was only after I contacted you that they finally contacted me to find out what I needed for the heater. They could not have sent it before you contacted them. But I have received the required part to fix the problem and am satisfied with the outcome.

I purchased a Tuff Spa hot tub from Sauna Bob's during the 2013 Indianapolis Flower and Patio Show. The service has been HORRIBLE. Part of the exterior of the spa was damaged during delivery. The delivery person assured the part would be shipped directly to me for repair. It was not. My spa started to leak less than 3 months after delivery. I have been waiting 2months to have the spa fixed. I am STILL waiting. The office staff are less than helpful and the service provider seems unreliable (he came once to fix the leak without tools or sealant and had to travel to a Home Depot 25 miles away to buy needed supplies). I would highly discourage using the company for a hot tub or sauna.

Review: I purchased my sauna from them at a trade show in Indianapolis, IN. It worked great for about a year. Then, it started to make a funny sound which was like something was turning on and off. I have emailed them numerous times and I have called and left several messages. No one has contacted me to have this resolved.Desired Settlement: I would like to be shipped something to fix the cycling on and off noise I am hearing. I'm not sure what that "something" is, but I would hope they know.

Wellll now, where do I start? Yes that's right, it was being made "just for us", how special we were, as is everybody. Yes they issued a full refund after jaging us around, after personally going to their storefront at my fuel expense and time. The owner personally contacted me and was told I would get a refund but yet had to call back after another week to ask where my money was.I then received a refund only to be called by the bank to say the check was NSF! So I called again and they said;blah blah, blah, blah blah. Check went through after that and threatening court action where he knew he could not prevail.

I am curious to know if the "manager" is still employed after actually showing me the shipping manifest and bill of lading that shot down their defense.

Again, I believe this company takes orders for units and then waits for enough orders to "fill" a shipping container BEFORE anything ships, all the while telling customers it's shipping delays when in actuality there is nothing wrong within the logistics arena. The units would ship and deliver well within the ridiculous 2 month stated time frame. Shipping from China is about a week or so.
