My husband and I are very satisfied with our Dry Sauna. We have been wanting one for some time now and recently we went to the Cleveland Home & Garden Show and talked to a rep and found out how inexpensive one was to own. We also love the fact that it is great and wonderful for just relaxation, sore muscles, detoxification and circulation. All in all its very good for your health. Pure Health Saunas have been extremely helpful. We highly recommend this to anyone who is looking to be healthy.

Review: Purchased a Sauna from Healthy Life Saunas at a Trade Show (March 15, 2014). After several e-mail notices with the Company and a couple of phone conversation - delivery keep getting delayed. They did offer an up-grade and delivery w/set-up. I sent them an e-mail in June we were considering canceling - no response. Another e-mail in June stated we wanted to cancel and a refund of our deposit ($900.00) - no response. I have phoned them several times and left messages - no response.Desired Settlement: We'd just like our deposit back - $900.00.

we ordered a sauna at the Chicago boat show and it was to be delivered last week. we have called repeatedly to the phone # [redacted] and left multiple messages.

no one has answered us and now the voice mail is full and no one has bothered to answer usDesired Settlement: Refund my credit card or send me the goods as we agreed immediately. at this point, given this service I really just want my money back!!!

Unscrupulous! They lie to you any chance they get. They have delivery issues because if they told you why there is actual shipping delays nobody would buy from them. They somewhat run a pyramid scheme. They take orders until the shipping container in China is full and then ship it. There are no shipping delays as the shipping is within time stated if they would actually have product to sell.

I know this because the manager was stupid enough to show me the shipping invoice when the container actually got shipped!4 months later. Their shipping delay is waiting for enough sales to fill the container. All the while [redacted] the public

I've had my sauna bob sauna for 2 years now and I absolutely love it. I use it 1-3 times a week and it makes my body feel 10 years younger. I recently had a light bulb burn out and called the office. They promptly sent me a new one with no no questions asked... Great service! Would recommend them to anyone!!

Review: I purchased and paid in full for a sauna from this company and now I cant reach anyone via email or phone to find out where my sauna is.Desired Settlement: They have the responsibility to deliver my sauna or give me a refund instead of ignoring me.

Review: We purchased an indoor sauna on April 17, 2013 and it was delivered 2 months later with parts that did not fit correctly and the back wall of the sauna was broken. We called the company and they assured us that the defective part would be replaced from the factory in China. In the meanwhile the company would send a repair person to try and assemble the product so we could use the sauna. This remains to be done. We called and followed up with them and they said the part was supposed to be on the shipment, but wasn't. We are still waiting for this defective part to be replaced. We are still waiting for someone to assemble the sauna to make sure the pieces fit together properly so that we can safely use the sauna. The company also told us that they would issue us a partial refund for the months that we have been unable to use the sauna, but they have also not made good on that promise.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the company live up to the 5 year warranty on all parts that was promised, but at this point I think the warranty is worthless since they haven't kept it up to this point and would just request that they take the sauna back at their expense and refund us the purchase price of $2606.00 that they have already received from us in full.

Their unit, specifically the left back wall, was damaged in shipping. The replacement wall was due in to us in July but unfortunately our factory forgot to load it onto our order so we can to send it on the next available order going out. That next order has since been received and the wall was shipped out to the customer on 10/24/13 delivered on 10/31/13.

Review: I ordered a product from Healthy Life Saunas on February 14, 2014...(FYI, the date on the receipt is 2/14/13 on top and dated 2/14/14 on the bottom). A receipt with several other informative attachments were sent to me via email.

We have corresponded via email and multiple phone calls with [redacted] Office Manager. Both by me and my husband [redacted] accepted a down payment of $1,450.00 via my Master Card on 2/14/14 (I have a receipt)

We were told the Sauna would be shipped in 8-10 weeks, with a preface we would be receiving it the end of April....it didn't arrive

I sent an email to [redacted] April 27, 2014. [redacted] response was: "the order took longer than normal to produce, but production is finished and it's shipping out this week. shipping to our warehouse normally takes about 3-4 weeks so we're expecting it in end of May or early June. As soon as order comes in, we will be calling you to set up shipping."

([redacted] called in May and were told it would be the first of June...it didn't arrive)

In between the April and June promise of arrival, we called to notify [redacted] of a planned vacation so as not to conflict with the arrival/shipment of the sauna, [redacted] assured us they would call to schedule a date

June 10th, 2014 I sent [redacted] an email as follows: "I realize [redacted] called two weeks ago. I am checking on the status as we have busy schedules." [redacted] responded: " I should have my order in the next few days. As soon as it gets in my driver is leaving ASAP on his delivery route. We'll call you guys ahead of [redacted]e to schedule delivery & we're VERY flexible we do nights and weekends."

We called again July 9, 2014 and told it would arrive by Monday, July 14, 2014; that if it did not, to call [redacted] stated she would take $100.00 off our bill for our inconvenience.

We called on Monday, July 14, 2014 as it did not arrive...no answer and we left a message

We called on Tuesday, July 15, 2014 as it did not arrive and no one returned our call or sent us an email.

My husband is calling [redacted] again today, Wednesday, July 16, 2014.

Here it is, Wednesday, July 16, 2014. We have no sauna, no one is returning our calls, and they have $1450.00 of our money.

The item ordered is top of their line: 5 person, Cedar wood, ceramic carbon heater type, glass front, 110V 20Smp, delivered. Sub total $2900.00 - 1450.00 with a balance of 1450.00 still owing.

The master card used as the down payment is no longer in use....Desired Settlement: If the company is reputable, item is of sound quality, I would love to have the sauna. But, I question what I will receive at this [redacted]e.
