On September 21, 2018, I paid Mr. *** (the owner of Healthy Pools) $455 for a hot tub cover which he promised to deliver to my home within a few days but unfortunately, I have not seen Mr. since and have not received the cover I paid for. I have tried contacting Mr *** by phone but he is not taking my calls. He has replied with some text messages and promised to resolve the situation but nothing has happened in over 7 weeks.

called for my service to replace her spa cover. Per our conversation I stated to *** that I charge a service call of $85 that she agreed on. The cost of Catherine Spa cover was $370. I explain to *** that it will take two weeks or more for the spa cover to come in. There is no Spa cover manufacturer that will produce a cover like hers in two days. When I receive the email that the cover was in. I immediately contact *** and stated the cover came in. The client say that she didn’t want the cover and she wanted her money back. I try to explain to her that she can have her cover, but she insisted on the refund. I said OK I will give you a refund back of $415.00. I stated that I charge $85 service call but I will charge you $40 for the service called. She then decline that also. There is a no return or refund policy on any Spa Covers. I was trying to work wit***. *** has been my client for over a year I have done numerous repairs on her hot tub, and have treated *** with the upmost respect and courtesy and great customer service. I called Healthy Pools to come out to see way my hot tub is not turning on. Joe came out on time at the time he said he would be there. He explained to me exactly way my hot tub had the error codes and why it wouldn't turn on. Healthy Pools also explained what I should do so I wouldn't be in this situation again. Joe price was at least $300-$400 cheaper than than the other spa companies that came out. Healthy Pools repaired my hot tub that same day which was a blessing. I have recommended Healthy Pools to my co works. I truly trust Joe with any repairs that need to be made. I most definitely would hire Healthy Pools again.

is the owner of Healthy Pools. The Arizona Corporation Commission shows a different business address which is actually an apartment complex (*** W. *** Rd, ***, AZ ***) that does not list his actual apartment where he lives. In retrospect, his business card does not contain an address. We hired *** to repair some leaks in our hot tub. The repairs were eventually completed although we spent several weeks with our hot tub on its side. In fairness, we also had a rat living under the hot tub and we eradicated that problem. Because I contracted Legionnaire's Disease last year, and have back and shoulder issues, use of the hot tub is very therapeutic to me. The heater was replaced by Mr., however, he instructed us not to use the hot tub until his associate, ***, came out to confirm Mr. wired it in properly. Two weeks later and two hot tubs full of water later, *** came out to confirm the heater was installed properly. Although my phone conversation with Mr. indicated *** would be bringing the ozonator, when *** arrived he said it was his understanding that Mr. would bring the ozonator when he delivered the new cover. On Thursday, June 14 Mr. sent me a text message stating "Your spa cover came in yesterday. I will get it delivered to you next week with the ozone." and then he indicated he would call me on Monday, which didn't occur. On June 21, I sent a text message to Mr. to inquire when he would deliver the goods and he has not responded since, after several text and email attempts to reach him. After the repairs, we paid Mr. $684 in May 2018 and in return he was going to order a new hot tub cover, provide a replacement ozonator, and provide a chemical ball. To date we have known of those items. He indicated the cover would be ready in a week and he would bring everything out at the same time.

This client obtained my spa services to repair his RAT infested hot tub. *** had numerous of rat nests also pipe and wintersline damage. *** previously had another repair company out that could not repair his hot tub. I completed this repair within a week time frame, that’s including the drying of the form that I sprayed in to replace the damage molded for that was in there. I did not flip the tub on it’s sideor move his tub there was no need to. I repaired all leak in the tub and replaced his heater in a timely manner. The cover was a special order because the cover needed metal brackets placed inside. That would take a least 2 additional weeks as I explain to ***. Unfortunately I had pneumonia for at least 2 months. So the cover was not delivered as scheduled. *** will be receiving the cover after the 15 of August.

Hired Healthy Pools for my over heating spa. *** came right out, said switches on mother board were bad. Could rebuild board for ***. Took board and check made out to him personally for *** Took him a little longer than he said, but returned and installed the board and things were working. Paid final *** but by night over heated like before. Called ***, said no problem, two year warranty. Waited thru three apps he made to come back out but never showed. After third app I left a some what heated message and he has went AWOL. Started all this app Jan 28. We have since had the problems taken care of and new repairman was very critical of what he saw where *** had been working. I would hope for the return of my ***. He is either incompetent at best or at worst a crook.

hired me to inspect his D-1 spa. As I was Testing incoming power and outgoing power and I noticed that a few wires were fried. I immediately brought this to *** attention. His heater relays were clicking nonstop which means that they were stuck. I explained to *** that he had fried his wires on the board and lots of water corrosion inside the control box where his mother board is. I then explained till I can get him a new board or I can replay repair the board that he has right now. *** insisted that I am repair the existing board. It took with the two days to repair his board and then the next day I came back to install it into his hot tub. One week later *** called cursing me out, he was belligerent. I try to explain to *** that he would need to put replace the sensors. He then called someone else come out three per spot he never gave it a chance to come back out to repair the hot tub. original story is not to far off. When he got to the point of installing the board we then part ways in our story. He installed the board and my wife gave him the second *** for a total of ***, because everything seemed to be working. When I got home a few hours later the tub had already overheated and shut down just like before the repair. I immediately called him [Feb 12th at 12:20 pm]. He returned my call Feb 12th at 1:01 pm, said no problem we had a 3 year warranty and he would be out the next day. My wife sat home waiting for him all day and he was a no show with no phone call. I called him Feb 13th at 7:16, got his voice mail, I was a little heated but told him to be there first thing in the morning or return my ***. The call was heated but he must be very thin skin. That was the last contact I had with him. No response until this blurb 6 months later and definitely no money. I still hold true with my first letter he is either incompetent or a crook or both.

On November 22, 2017, I was told I needed a new filter for my pool. Joseph *** said he could get me a new filter for a great price and install. I gave him $600.00 cash a check for $763.00 to purchase and install the filter. He was to install it the following Saturday. He came and removed my filter but never returned to install the new one. I called several times. On about December 10, 2017, I called and he said he had pneumonia. I gave him plenty of time to recuperate and then it was the holidays. He has children, so I have him plenty of time. I called on Jan 5th, 8th, and 9th and left messages pleading for a return call and never heard anything from him. I had to call another company on January 8th and had a new filter installed the next day.
I have yet to hear from Joseph ***.

hired me in the end of November 2017. I explained and pointed out that she would need a new filter. In the process of the installing the sand filter I came down with pneumonia. I kept contact with Mrs.. I stated that the filter will be installed by the end of the year in which she agreed. January 10th the filter was was installed, I personally sent a crew over to rectify the issue. Mrs. was very satisfied with the new filter. I had also deeply apologize for the inconvenience. I never did hear from him after November 2017. Neither he nor anyone from his company ever showed up and I had to hire another company to install a filter. He is lying !!!!!!

July 2018 I filed a complaint on Joseph *** / Healthy Pools. In September he called and said he thought his sub contractor had done the job. I informed him it was not done. He promised to return my money by October 5th, 2018. I have not heard from him and cannot contact him. This is obviously a scam. The previous complaint #12631386 was closed by the Revdex.com. Please have someone contact me.

Healthy Pools installed a Ozone cleaner in my pool. It has never worked. I contacted Joseph on several occasions and he currently has been unresponsive.
