investigate a problem that we could no verify.This charge seems to be within reason as he was explained this over the phone.

[Kimlin Propane has only provided part of the statement I had made. When I initially contacted them with a problem I stated that the noise is coming from the regulator on their propane tank.  I was also told that They would send someone out never indicating that someone had to be there for them to actually hear the noise. In fact it was so open ended and a basic response they gave, that when I told them the exact problem location they would just take care of it. Never once did they disclose any time a required payment for their faulty equipment or that they needed to hear the problem]

service.I would hope that [redacted] would understand that "[redacted]" is my mother who after over 30 years of book keeping for our company is passing her book keeping duties to another person. Because of this transition there have been some "Slip through the cracks' Moments and unfortunately [redacted]s case was one of them.Her check has been mailed to her without any removal fee's or penalties.

We understand that budgets are tight and that paying extra fees that may not have been billed in the past, could upset someone.For the last 5 years we have been posting our Terms of Service on our website, listing them on our...

These terms of service outline removal fees and min use fees.We have had discussions with the customer on how they could avoid the min fees, which the customer elected to not take advantage of. Because of this we believe our fees have been adequately displayed to the customer and are fair.
