Hello, As previously stated we only received one item. I can assure you [redacted] is not in the business of giving refunds unless this is a common issue on their part. That said, I challenge you or BBB to send us a return as defined to see if all is refunded appropriately. I am sorry that this has... happened and we take every measure to issue all refunds are crossed in a timely and efficient matter. I have attached screen shots of the emailsI have tried to discuss with customer service including photos of the boxes in the condition I received them I haven't gotten answers sinceI no longer have the credit card in which the order was placed, hence why I'm asking for a check to be mailed.
