There email acknowledges that One warehouse
received items returnedThey refunded me for one item and when I asked where the refund for the other two was they were going to look into itI returned itemswas refundedwas claimed in unsellable conditionwere not refunded or mentionedKeith acknowledged that my refund was not processed correctlySetting aside the disagreement about one item, he has stated there was three items, admitted the refund was not processed correctly and has still not refunded those two other itemsThose items were never, ever, in disputeI would like to see proof of how my refund was processed, because they only refunded one, the other approx$is still being held by them along with my two shirts.

I do not reside at the address, nor do I know the person who resides at the address where my purchase was sent.  I cannot control if they send back the merchandise and I have no way to get a hold of them to try and make them send back the merchandise.

at the address where the item was sent so I have no way to return the item.  I do not know who lives at the address and do not know how to get in contact with them.

MY WIFE ORDERED SOME CLOTHES FROM THIS PLACE--THEY WERE SHIPPED IN 2 DIFFERENT BOXES--FIRST BOX WAS EMPTY SECOND BOX WAS SHIPPED AND LEFT OUT SIDE IN HEAVY SNOW--ITEMS WERE DAMAGED AND ALSO MISSING ITEMS I WANT MY MONEY BACK TRIED TO CONTACE THEM SEVERAL TIMES--LEFT V.M - NOW THEIR V.M BOX IS FULL TIRED TO EMAIL THEM--NO ANSWER BACK CONTACTED MY BANK THEY CANT DO ANY THING-- I WANT MY $$ BACK AND WANT IT BACK A.S.A.PI WANT THE MONEY BACK FOR THE ITEMS-- NEVER RECEIVED-MISSING ITEMS AND DAMAGED WANT $ BACK A.S.A.P SICK OF THIS

Hello, Unfortunately, we cannot control where the [redacted] leaves your packages but we did refund you as a courtesy on the items that were missing while you were on the phone with us. That said,, I am not sure what else we can do at this point other than assist you with opening a claim with your local post office.
