We knew nothing about the flat rubber roof we had on our home. One call to Helping Hands proved to be very comforting. Hunter and Josh showed up at our home to inspect the roof and give us an idea of what they felt we needed. We had an excellent experience working with Brittany and Martell of Helping Hands Home Improvement. Brittany came to our home first, then she and Martell met at our home for him to inspect our roof; it was determined we had a lot of wind and hail damage. Brittany promptly called in a claim to our insurance company. She met our insurance company's adjuster the very next day! How is that for super-fast service?! The adjuster agreed a new roof was needed for our home. Brittany and Martell were very courteous and professional. We had our roof installed within two weeks. The installers were all professional, courteous, and cleaned up our yard of all nail and debris. We would most-definitely recommend Helping Hands to family and friends, as well as use them in the future for other home improvement projects. This was a totally pleasant experience from beginning to end and a friendship was made along the process!

I learned of Helping Hands from a friend and contracted them to repair my roof. I have a very steep roof and Hunter came very well equipped to complete everything from initial inspections to job completion in a safe and VERY timely fashion. He even assisted the insurance adjusters in gaining access to the roof! He was very professional with myself as well as the insurance agents. I was impressed by the accuracy of his estimates and the efforts he and his crew went to in order to complete the job on time which, considering the scope of the work, was very quick. And he still managed to do a quality job! Very Impressive and I would not hesitate to recommend Helping Hands Home Improvement to anyone!

Hunter came out to our house to look at our roof because some shingles had been blown off from a storm. We needed a new roof and Hunter and his team were so helpful in this process. They sat down with us and explained the process and we so appreciate how kind and professional they were. We will be using them for a new deck in the future as well

Called after wind damage to roof from storm. Came out quickly and tarped the damage. Was here along side the insurance adjuster. Repairs done in one day. Looks good. Would recommend.
