Helping Hands was very responsive in the process of assessing, recommending, and completing the work we needed done (a new roof). The work was completed in a timely manner and at a great value.

It was a pleasure to have Hunter and the rest of his crew replace the roof on my house. From the moment I first spoke with him, he was extremely professional and responsive -- he made the entire process as easy as he possibly could on me, he kept me in the loop at all times, and he very patiently walked me through every step of the insurance/roofing/payment processes.

And, of course, the roof turned out great! Truly, it could not have been a more pain-free experience on my end.

Spencer and hunter were great from the first minute I spoke to them. Scheduling was no problem. Everyone was so professional and easy to work with. They worked with us on anything we needed. The roof was finished in less than a day and it looks perfect!

The helping hands crew did a great job! I am usually skeptical when a stranger comes to my house, but due to the glowing response from my neighbors to helping hands I thought it would not hurt to at least talk to them. Spencer worked with my insurance company, we picked out a new roof, the crew came out and had it done in one day! They were very efficient, professional polite, and they cleaned up after them selves. The whole experience was hassle free. I did not have to worry about any part of the process!

I had a shingle blow off. Spencer came out and saw a lot of damaged shingles and the insurance agreed that a new roof was in order. Spencer was very helpful and patient in dealing with the insurance company and their slowness. The workers seemed like a well oiled machine, ripping off the old and installing the new, and everything was done and cleaned up by the end of the day. Besides having a new undamaged roof, it also looks really good.

I found Helping Hands through [redacted]. From first meeting until finished they were knowledgeable, helpful,efficient, professional and very easy to work with. We were so pleased with their work we kept adding projects. They roofed our home, tied in addition of patio to original roof line, replaced ceilings and remodeled a bathroom. Each crew even cleaned up after themselves. There was no change from start to finish with company. We are looking forward to working with them again in the near future.

Helping Hands Home Improvement did such a great job on my new roof. They helped so much with my insurance company so that I didn't have to. I never expected this process to be so easy. Great quality product, great clean up, professional employees, and local. What more can you ask for? I would recommend this company to anyone.

I had suffered roof damage and subsequent interior water damage on my home. In retrospect calling Helping Hands Home Improvement was the best thing I did in resolving my problem and getting my home back in good condition. David and Dallas first viewed the damage of the roof and gave me a full assessment of the damage with pictures sent down from Dallas to David (via cell phones) for me to see. They were a tremendous help discussing the damage to my Insurance Co. and they even came over to the house when the insurance adjuster came to view the roof. After I agreed that I wanted Helping Hands to do the work, Hunter the owner, came over and discussed all the work that was to be completed and assured me it would be done to my satisfaction. Hunter came by everyday to see how the work was progressing and checking the quality of the work completed. If he could not come, Spencer, co-owner came over. I was very satisfied with the workmanship and the excellent job they did. I would highly recommend them. I have actually recommended Helping Hands to my neighbor who planned to call them with a home improvement job. Hunter and his staff are very personable, courteous, and knowledgeable. They are the Best !

The work was done well and in a timely fashion. The communication was lacking. We needed several things done, including our main concern - chimney leak repair, and before we received a quote, we got a call to schedule the roof replacement. Before the work was completed, we got a call to pick up the certificate of completion which we didn't have yet. The lack of consistency with communication was unnerving but I would recommend them as I believe they are honest, hard-working people. Just be sure that you get quotes in writing before work is started so there aren't any surprises. The chimney and beam repair ended up being quoted at twice the amount that was presented in the beginning. It was still reasonably priced in the end and they came by a couple of times afterward to make sure all shingles had set properly and that paint was covered completely. Overall, they did a good job and I will use them again for other things.

I had a wonderful experience working with Brittany and Martell of Helping Hands Home Improvement. Usually I do not give anyone the time of day when approached at home,but Brittany was so kind I could not say no. She and Martell met at our home after seeing we had a lot of wind and hail damage and offered to help put in a claim. Brittany then called in a claim to my insurance company. She and Martell met our insurance company's adjuster once the claim was in. The adjuster agreed a new roof was needed for our home. Brittany and Martell were very professional and extremely friendly. We had our roof installed within the same week. It only took the installers half a day to complete the roof installation as well as clean-up. From start to finish I never had to worry or be pushed for more than I could handle. As a new homeowner the whole experience really took a weight off my sholders. I would definitely recommend Helping Hands to family and friends, as well as use them in the future for other home improvement projects. I could not of asked for a better experience while getting a new roof. Please use them if you are ever interested as they are a great family owned and ran business.
