Your vehicle was towed by request as abandoned which is in violation of the property rules and regulations. We did not tow this vehicle without a request.
As stated in this
complaint, that the tags, inspections and registration played no part in them contacting us to have the vehicle towed. Additionally, we have no way of knowing the status of HOA dues being up to date or not. These were not the reasons the tow was requestedThank you,
