Ms. [redacted],I'm sorry you are unhappy with our response.  We tried to do the right thing and have the vehicle brought back here to review your concerns.  I know you stated you were on an airplane but we could have rescheduled upon your return.As I'm sure you aware it is the selling dealer who has the right to review any cases post sale regarding safety issues, lemon law etc and the law clearly states how many attempts and time out for service the selling dealer is allotted.  Never a third party repair facility of a consumers choice.  We also would have had the right to repurchase the vehicle if what you (your repair facility) have stated was indeed true.  I'm not saying that you aren't stating what you believe the facts are in this case but there has been much confusion.We did perform a safety check on the vehicle prior to sale to you and didn't note any of the claims that this third party repair facility stated.We also have a car fax report that states the vehicle was never in an accident.  It also indicates that the vehicle was serviced a month prior before us acquiring as a new vehicle trade with no indication of any of the damage the repair shop you used indicated.   We are a reputable dealer that did try to do right by you.[redacted]

Unfortunately I won't ever accept the response of a company who has treated me so poorly, time and time again. At this time I am going to move forward with other means of mediation to resolve this claim.

Ms. [redacted],I'm sorry you are not satisfied with our reply.  I have correspondence from [redacted] with you confirming that we had arranged and were paying for a transport company to pick the vehicle up from you and bring it to us in Framingham to diagnose.It is my understanding and clearly communicated that you didn't want us to diagnose and repair the vehicle.  Again, I'm sorry you felt that way but I believe we did everything to try and satisfy you. [redacted]

What I'm being told is you purchased a value checked pre owned vehicle under $10,000.  Those vehicles have a Very limited inspection and reconditioning process (safety related items only) as vehicle is 9 years old and has over 120,000 miles.  Vehicle did pass state inspection.  I'm also told you had a dealer check it out and only a dealer.  I would absolutely get a second opinion to verify options.  Only safety related items are covered and we would certainly stand behind any of those.

Yea they was able to trade in the car for another one but the sales men where still trying to make me think nothing was wrong with the vehicle over all im satisfied thank you Revdex.com for you help.

We are very sorry for your issues. We did replace the rear brakes and resurface the rotors of your [redacted] prior to your purchase (work done 11/02/2016). It appears that the rotors failed afterwards causing the need for the additional repairs you experienced.
