I am very sorry you've had these issues. However as you know you purchased a pre owned vehicle. Anything under the Massachusetts lemon law we'd be happy to honor. Perhaps you want a new vehicle with a manufacturers warranty or a certified Pre owned vehicle that has to undergo
rigorous re-conditioning requirements. I think the best thing to do would be to try and trade you out of this into a new or certified pre owned and we can make up to you and make you happy with that type of transaction.*** I can be reached at *** if you would like to discuss further

I'm sorry over the confusion but our agreements with the banks state otherwise. If we don't make sure the lien is secured we are subject to full charge-back of the contract amount if for any reason the lien wasn't secured and if the vehicle were to disappear or the consumer decided to stop paying the loan. They would have no basis for a repossession

I have spoke with *** in you *** *** department tecently about this after leaving him a large number of voice messages & couple dozen callsWasn't till ask dealer staff to leave message on his desk that maybe why he finally called meI also had some of you dealer staff look into my platinum warrenty I which they said it was 2,for the platinum warrenty that I paid forThat mean s$is about a 1/of what the refund should be So what is owed is 1,I last spoke face to face with someone at your dealership late summer of last year with someone in your dealership Finacing department who said he would take care of itIt wasn't till April that it became apparent that it not only wasn't taken care of but that the refund coming April around half a year after last talk means someoneDidn't do their job and was now hoping to slid the refund in and hope it wouldn't be noticed or questionedI have spoke with a little over half a dozen people at your dealership most all were face to faceThere has been a face to face talk with someone in your staff Everytime my car has been serviced thereI really would like to just get this over with and get my refundIt was cancelled with it your day trail period& paperwork was summits in person to my sale agentHe confirmed times that the paperwork was submitted and that it just took timeMy calls still to your dealership get left unanswered and voice message without call backCan we please just finalize this refund There should be an issue herePaperwork was submitted on time & warrenty was never usedI have asked for a t updates face to face a large number of times confirming that paperwork was submitted and being processedIt was on you company to actually get it processed & for your company tosh be taken this long , needing this huge amount of calling and face to face calling to get you guy to do this is very unprofessional and disappointingI really just want to get this over with and get my refundThis is hugely stressful & taking up a lot of my value like timePlease let us finalize this.Regards,

Please add your rejection comments below. The dealership states that they only realized I had no ownership in the trade in vehicle when papers were finalized on 12/2/15. I informed [redacted] on 11/28/15 that I had no ownership of the vehicle. I also discussed the gift form with [redacted] when the original contract was signed on 11/30/15. The dealership was therefore well aware that I had no ownership prior to finalizing the paperwork. Had the dealership provided the correct sales tax information on 11/28, 11/30, or even before accepting payment on 12/2 then I would have had a chance to discuss the price change BEFORE I had turned in my payment. We had negotiated with [redacted] on 11/28 to raise the value of our trade-in. This surprise change in taxes negated much of the benefit of that negotiation. Had I been made aware of this earlier I would have reconsidered the deal, and my girlfriend would have potentially sold the vehicle elsewhere. The dealership had ample time to catch their mistake as I had provided all of the relevant information on the trade in days before the paperwork was finalized. Therefore, by the dealerships' own mistake, and by no omission of details by the consumer, the taxes on the original contract were calculated incorrectly. Had the finance department used the information they had available to them, the mistake could have been corrected before the dealership had accepted payment. This would've provided time for me to take into account the tax error. Instead, the dealership did not realize their error until after payment, despite having been provided all the necessary information to calculate taxes properly.Regards,

[redacted], As you are very well aware since we have gone through this in detail with your other online complaints, when it came time to finalize your paperwork it then became apparent that you had absolutely no ownership interest in the trade vehicle which then in turn added additional tax liability....

  We can’t change the Commonwealth of Massachusetts tax laws.  The sale price of the vehicle was not changed nor was the value of the trade but you are unfortunately liable for additional sales tax as you did not own the trade nor was it gifted to you by a family member. Tell us why here...

Hello [redacted],I am a bit confused by your complaint. You purchased your car in February of 2015 and you did purchase an extended warranty (for $799) and Tire/Wheel protection for $750. You say that you have received a full refund of $799 already for the extended warranty and also reached agreement...

separately for the tire/wheel coverage. Can you please let me know who you have been speaking with at Hyundai (and when) so that I can investigate further? [redacted]
