I would like the H P Sears Company to write me a letter and send it to my home address If at all possible, I ask and request HP Sears to send me a deletion letter deleting this account off my credit reports, please Until I receive a letter in the United States Postal Service mail, mailed to my home address, after this occurs I will be satisfied after I receive a letter in the mail, I cannot print this response, I am using a Application off my telephone I do not have a printer, I need a written letter mailed to my home address giving me the same information that is in this Revdex.com response, also I need a statement from HP Sears stating the fact the facts that I need this account deleted

I am rejecting this response because:
The business has not validated the origin and amount of any debt and is not following the guidelines set in the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA)They have also made unfair practices according to the FDCPA buy adjusting the principal amount stated on the disputed account by adding either interest, fees, charges, or expense incidentals and reporting it to the credit bureaus

We have cancelled the account back to Western Dental because they did not respond to our request for a copy of the contractWe have also flagged the account to be deleted from all three credit bureaus and this information will be transmitted electronically on the first day of November which is our schedule to update the credit bureaus.

I have reviewed the account history as well as this complaintThe consumer has disputed this matter previously and substantiation of the debt was mailed 4/26/to the address listed on this complaintThis matter continues to be disputed so our office has closed this account back to our client
and will delete this from the credit historyA letter indicating this has been mailed to the address on this complaint

AS previously stated a letter was mailed to the consumer on 3/17/indicating this matter has been cancelled and would be deleted from the credit bureausWe can not fax letters to third parties however if the consumer would like us to email a letter directly to the consumer we can do that
Please provide a request and the email that for the consumer

We have reviewed this complaint and have previous closed this matter back to our client based on another complaint with another regulatory? bodyThis matter will be removed from the consumers credit report.? ?
