This is one of the worst car companies I have ever worked withThe sales person expected me to drive over hours on a Tuesday night to get there to receive a great deal on a carI live in Laramie, WY mind youI ended up going down the next day spent over hours there and ended up with a car I didn't want due to having bad credit which I am in the process of fixingI was told after I had signed and read everything that not only were the payments weekly but that this was the only car they had for me after telling me they had a variety of cars to choose fromNowhere in the paperwork I signed did it say weekly paymentsThe "bank" came back with new paperwork for me to sign after I had expressed concerns of not seeing anything about a, weekly, car paymentWell here it is years later I pay weekly and will have paid over 15k for a car that is only worth $3500, and never the ability to refinanceStay away from this company!

Ray was an amazing salesman!! He took his time to make sure that I got into the best vehicle for my familyHe was honest and made us feel very comfortable when purchasing my vehicle

I purchased A mini-van from Herbies and in the first year had to make more then major repairs to it, it was constantly breaking downI finally got tired of putting money into and called them to work out a solution, they traded it in for a different vehicle, attaching additional thousands of dollars to the loanThe second vehicle stared breaking down almost immediately tooAfter months and additional repairs, I couldn't even drive itI called them and told them to come get itI would never buy from there again and would not recommend it to anyone else! Herbies takes advantage of people!

Horrible! Their practices are shady at best! They overprice cars and don't back their "warranty" Also, they lie about what is wrong with vehicle and use used parts If you want to take to a mechanic they don't like that because they know you will see what's really wrong Claim to be a Christian company but they are full of it! They seem friendly and make you feel great but its phony and a bunch of BS

Our notice of... consumersright to cure was sent to your home address on March 25 and expired on April 25. 19 attempts were made to contact you via home, cell, landlord, and other references per agreement.We even have a note that we talked to your wife and we were never told of your hospitalization. We understand you are going through a hard time. If you would like to send us proof of your hospitalization and recovery time via your doctor,we will certainly take your situation into consideration and work with you gladly.Our records also show that you phoned in for your payment on 2/19 and 3/10 and that you were not signed up for direct debit program.We also have no notes in our system concerning any service issues with the vehicle. [redacted] To whom it may concern, I am writing in response to my complaint against Herbie's Auto Sales in Greeley, ColoradoMy complaint has yet to be resolved.As stated in the businesses response, they had said that they would remove five payments from our lease, however, this is not the caseInstead they moved the five payments to the endof our lease agreementThis resolves nothingAs I had previously written, when the vehicle was FINALLY returned after 80+ days in their workshop, our trunk will still not open; which is against Federal Law and our brake lightsdo not work; which is obviously very unsafe and also against any traffic law I cannot afford another rental vehicle and they do not have a loaner available, so how would I be able to get back and forth to workNothing has been resolved so farLike I have stated in everyemail written, all I expect is a safe, reliable vehicle for our familyThey have so far refused to work with us on a possible trade in; which I feel would be the most cost effective for both partiesThere issomething very wrong with the car they have sold us.Thank you for your time, [redacted] ***

This is a horrible car sales business!!!!! They are nothing but complete crooks and lie about everything they sayThe cars are not what they say and I wouldn't be surprised if they all or several have salvage titlesI am shocked they are still in business and I will be telling everyone I know how they screwed over several people I knowI am hoping the lawsuit they are in now will shut their doors permanentlyA Christian based company should never be treating people this way at allKarma will find them

After talking to her, we understand that she was disappoint in her vehicle at first She only qualified for a certain vehicle through our program When she came back to us she told us she is in a better financial position and is able to put down $3,on a vehicle and she will be in
on Saturday, Febat 2:30pm to discuss getting her into a different and more desirable vehicle She is willing to work with us and we are doing what we can to work with her Attached above is the file we have on *** and the conversations and records we have about her account

Mrand Mrs*** had their vehicle in the shop and we did provide a loaner for them while their warranty company replaced a fuel pump and wiring harness and we did waive the deductibleWe have attempted to follow up with themWe hope this matter is resolved

I went and got a 2006 Monte Carlo from them on Nov. 19th and by Nov. 22nd it broke down. They towed the car back to dealership and fixed it for me. It turned out to be the alternator. Got to go pick it up on Nov. 25th unfortunately it broke down again by Nov. 27th which was Thanksgiving Day and it was the same causes as the first time so once again they towed it back to the dealership but this time we go a rental car for a temporary replacement. They couldn't even tell us want was wrong.6 days later we finally get it back on December 3rd and by the morning of Dec. 4th it was broke down again so once again they tow the car to dealership. We still don't know what the deal is. Because of all this bt I'm close to losing my job because I ended up missing like 3 days of work over everything. Now they aren't being very nice to us. This place is a [redacted] joke.

I am rejecting this response because: I am more then willing to print a copy of my phone log showing they never called me three times like they claimed which I emailed them about. After I confronted them about the false "we called you and left voicemails numous times" bit I got a call which I was working and called them back a couple hours later. She asked about my Revdex.com complaint which was a little uncomfortable to have to her why I think her employees and company is horrible because I told her before and got nowhere which is why I made the Revdex.com complaint. I make two payments every single month. Like normal car dealerships they request two payments. They give you a set amount and you pay that set amount every single month. Not Herbies, it's a different amount three times a year. Because my husband gets paid three pay checks three times a year, I'm suppose to look at the calendar and find all of those. It's confusing and inconvient. So way back in what October I made my two payments for the month like I ALWAYS do but I was suppose to actually make 3 203.00 payments that month but didn't know. So I kept going about my business paying my 2 payments a month. Now they call me and treat me like a POS claiming I missed a payment and now they added over 100.00 in late fees. Because why? This greedy company didn't get their third payment one month. Here's another issue, 15 days after I got the truck the transmission went out. So I had to pay 100.00 deductible, $250.00 rental and out of a vehicle for a week, and a a tow bill. I called Herbies because I couldn't afford all that plus the truck payment 15 days after getting it. She said oh we will waive that payment to compensate for all the fees. Great thanks. Well yesterday I found out no they didn't waive that fee they refinanced the truck 15 days after we got it and added that payment at the end. So 15 days after getting the truck it cost us 
553.00. The truck has a HUGE dent that they refused to fix, customer service sucks, paid 3 times more then blue book, and now they are trying to get over 100.00 in late fees because of what again????? That third payment for one month. My bi weekly payments according to their system is 203.00 x 2 comes to 405.00 and that month where my husband gets paid three checks we would have to pay 609. No wonder why they keep getting sued. Christian company???? Ya keep stealing hard working families money. Normal big companies don't say hey you get more checks this month so we want more money. They keep it simple. One amount every month.

Just know this: despite the challenging payment history since March of 2013, despite at least five missed service appointments for diagnosis, despite a couple of negative facebook posts and this Revdex.com complaint our goal is resolve and always has been. Your vehicle is being diagnosed and you are in direct contact with our service manager and I believe we can come to a satisfactory agreement concerning our business relationship.

I am rejecting this response because: Once again, if the company would read what I wrote the last few times. You guys are trying to get over $100.00 in late fees for a payment I made in October. Remember that conversation. Yes I made a normal two payments but I was suppose to make 3 payments. So you guys are charging me and will continue to charge me. Thanks for the HUGE favor of changing my payments from bi weekly to monthly but unfortunately your crummy company has already caused so much stress in my life. That doesn't do anything for me. Maybe you should look at all the horrible facebook reviews, or the lawsuits you have received. You have horrible customer service. On top of the recurring late fees 15 days after I got the car the transmission went out so I had to be without a car for a week and a half, pay a 100.00 gap deductible, a 250.00 rental and was told that month of payments was waived but no, I am now finding out my vehicle was refinanced and the payment was pushed to the end of the term. Your company can't do anything except put me in debt. I will just continue making my payments monthly until I can find a dealership that will buy it from me and I can be away from such a horrible company.
