Ray was an amazing salesman!! He took his time to make sure that I got into the best vehicle for my family. He was honest and made us feel very comfortable when purchasing my vehicle.

[redacted] To whom it may concern, I am writing to say that our issue with  Herbies Auto Sales has NOT been resolved. After a total of 80 days in repair the vehicle was returned with brakes lights that do not work properly, the trunk will not open and the air conditioning/ defrost does not work. Although the deductible was paid I would prefer to have a safe and reliable vehicle.[redacted]

At the customer's request, we are willing to change the payment plan to monthly instead of bi-weekly.  The Bank Manager went over this with the customer on the phone on Friday, May 20th and this change can be made as soon as possible.  The customer can call her account manager and have her payment plan adjusted.

Since the submission of the customer's complaint we received 2 payments, on May 16th and 18th, and waiting for another partial payment.  Herbies Bank Manager called the customer 3 times with no response, answer nor call back.  Finally, after an email was sent to the customer contact was...

made and the following day the Bank Manager was able to connect with the customer over the phone to clarify the customer's confusion and misunderstanding of bi-weekly payments versus monthly payments.  The conversation also clarified the accrual of late fees on the account when payments are past due.  At the conclusion of the call, the customer and Bank Manager seemed to have come to an understanding and ended on a clear note. Today I received the following message from the customer: Theirs nothing any one of your guys can do to fix my problem now become a better company. I would however not like to be contacted from anyone from Herbies. I will
update my complaint.

To whom it may concern, I am writing in response to my complaint against Herbie's Auto Sales in Greeley, Colorado. My complaint has yet to be resolved.As stated in the businesses response, they had said that they would remove five payments from our lease, however, this is not the case. Instead they moved the five payments to the endof our lease agreement. This resolves nothing. As I had previously written, when the vehicle was FINALLY returned after 80+ days in their workshop, our trunk will still not open; which is against Federal Law and our brake lightsdo not work; which is obviously very unsafe and also against any traffic law.  I cannot afford another rental vehicle and they do not have a loaner available, so how would I be able to get back and forth to work. Nothing has been resolved so far. Like I have stated in everyemail written, all I expect is a safe, reliable vehicle for our family. They have so far refused to work with us on a possible trade in; which I feel would be the most cost effective for both parties. Worst car company ever!! I would never buy another car from them ever. They sold us a 6000$ car for 16000$ and because we desperately needed a car we took it. We test drove it and notices a crack in the windshield new tires were needed and the brakes needed fixed. We were told they would take care of it and they did nothing but spray the brakes. Eventually we had to replace the battery along with everything else and then the alternator was going out. Sometimes we could not afford to pay them plus fix the car so we did get behind but then made double payments in which we still were harassed every single day even if we made payment arrangements. They would never help us in time of need. Left threatening vmails along with trying to rerun my debit card after making payments. They would call and say it didnt go through when it did. I complained to a manager who never responded back to me. So after numerous issues with the car that half the time wouldnt start we then told them to just take it. Its was the most unreliable piece of junk. And now they want to take us to court for 10000$ when they sold the car for 2000$ all because they way over charged us. They should be shut down

I purchased A mini-van from Herbies and in the first year had to make more then 10 major repairs to it, it was constantly breaking down. I finally got tired of putting money into and called them to work out a solution, they traded it in for a different vehicle, attaching additional thousands of dollars to the loan. The second vehicle stared breaking down almost immediately too. After 8 months and 4 additional repairs, I couldn't even drive it. I called them and told them to come get it. I would never buy from there again and would not recommend it to anyone else! Herbies takes advantage of people!

Awesome, Ray Rivas was very friendly and did the best to get the best vehicle for my family. He was up front and honest and very helpful. Would definitely buy from him again.
