complaint has NOT been resolved because:
During my last phone conversation I was (again) told that it had been resolved I have been told this for several years now and so have significant reason to doubt this verbal "confirmation" My bank account shows no refund either current or pending, only the unauthorized charge I would like a written guarantee that this will not happen again next year This is more than one mistake It is so bad as to be predictable Every year I am assured that it will not happen again, and every year it does My bank has advised me to cancel my entire account and file fraud charges I would like to avoid that and simply have, in writing, a guarantee that this truly is resolved and what to do if it happens yet again next year As of right now, nothing about this issue has changed on my end at all and so I consider this complaint UNRESOLVED
