Review: Hello my daughter is a senior at [redacted] in [redacted]. Their graduation is on Sat May 21st, and as of today May 5th we have still not received the graduation products we have ordered to include cap and gown and annoncements. When I contacted the company the rep laughed at the situation and told me that I was over reacting to get over it and that the students would receive the items about a week before graduation. This is very unacceptable. These students need these items well before then. He said there was a issue in the factory. When I ask him what kind of compensation they were willing to give us he said nothing just laughed at me. Them when I ask for his bosses number he laughed at me again but finally gave it to me but I have had no response from him either. This is very upsetting not only to me but to my daughter this is her senior year and a once in a life time event.Desired Settlement: I do not want a refund and go somewhere else it is to late now, but I do feel like they owe me and my daughter some type of compensation or give some of the money back. We should no where be charged full price for these items.

We have delivered all the senior products to [redacted] and hopefully Ms. [redacted] has had her student pick them up. We are very sorry for the delay. As she stated she wants all the products and I assume that they picked them up. We would be very happy to compensate her for the graduation announcements that she has purchased. If she will go to our corporate website which is [redacted] she will get a refund on all of the graduation announcements that she ordered. It is a very simple procedure and it states that a check will be mailed out within 7-10 business days. Review: On Nov 4, 2013 I made a payment in the amount of 50.00 by [redacted] ending in [redacted] to [redacted] on a class ring that had been ordered by my niece [redacted] who was attending [redacted] High School, graduated on June 6, 2014. [redacted]'s father, [redacted] had paid a deposit in the amount of 80.00 to have the ring made. Between the time he paid the deposit and the time that I made my payment no other transactions had been made on the account. The remaining balance on the ring after my 50.00 payment was 394.95. By the end of March no other payments had been made. I found this out by calling the company and was informed that no other payments had been made and the ring had been sent back to the factory and unmade. However, I had until May 1, 2014 to pay the balance and have it remade and shipped to [redacted] to wear for graduation. By the middle of May 2014 I knew this was not going to happen so I called [redacted] and requested a refund for my payment, the deposit was non-refundable. By June 15, 2014 no refund had been forthcoming by mail or electronic means, so I called the company and recieved no reply. From June 15, 2014 until late Septmeber 2014 I made 20 plus phone calls, sometimes multiple times in a day, at all hours and on all days of the week. I finally went to the building that the company is located in on a Saturday in the beginning of October 2014, of course it was closed. Then I returned the following week on Tuesday, I believe, and spoke with a woman in the shop. She took my information and said that [redacted] should be doing the refund. I asked if I could expect it in my bank by the no later than the end of October 2014. She said she believed so. It is now Novemeber 19, 2014 and I still have not recieved my refund. I went back to the shop the first or second Thursday of Novemeber and found no one on the property and the building locked up. I think I have been more than patient and gone out of my trying to be polite and friendly in this matter. Now I just want my 50.00 refund.Desired Settlement: I would like the 50.00 credited back to my [redacted] account/bank account by the end of Novemeber 2014. A letter of apology would be a nice touch.

Review: I would like to express to you company how absolutely furious I am with the lack of communication and poor customer service.
#1. My daughters ring was made incorrectly.
#2. Contacting a person to discuss it was near impossible.
#3. Until I faxed a letter demanding a phone call, I finally heard back from them
#4. I was told by ray potlongo via email, to return the ring and upon receipt a full refund would be issued.
#5. The ring was returned. It was receieved on thursday, 04/02/2015 at 11:45 a.M. Via ups (which I paid for)
#6. After not receiving the refund, I spoke with corie and she stated that she would personally mail the payment out. That was 4/15/15.
It is now 4/22/15 and I have not yet received my refund. I feel that I have been given the run around. My daughters dream of having her class ring was ruined! The money that was supposed to be returned to me in the beginnning of this month, yet there is no check in hand.
I just spoke with corie and demanded that she have a replacement check issued and fed ex to me stat. I feel the wait has been extremely long and I have been patient enough. Trying to speak to an actual person over the phone is near impossible. Reaching a corporate office, is just as difficult.
I have emailed customer service and of course have not heard back from them. Its a shame when working class people are taken for a ride. This is almost $400 and I just dont have that kind of money to mind it sitting in limbo. Help, please.Desired settlement: I have been waiting for this refund. It should have been mailed no later than the day the ring was received. (4/2/15) I want my refund sent overnight, fed ex and a tracking number so that I can verify that the refund is on its way. I need my money now. 20+ days is too long.
