threating my rights after paying my bill with copies stating they would reactivate it and will not respond back So I bought stuff in the past and always paid cash and pickup from the main placeThe last order they mailed it to me which should have never been mailed outThen I got sick and was trying to make my payments and after telling them and finally someone answers my emails they said okThen I get a letter saying if I don't pay this by this date then further action will have to to happenThe beginning balance was and it has jumped to with different balances in between after stating they would not charge me for a late feeThey threaten me to not try to use a third party or reactivate my account after they said they would after the bill was paid in fullThey wouldn't really give me a answer except it was a companies decisionSo I have proof of them goving out or misleading information in a email one of the HA people sent me

Heritage Auctions is not CAN-SPAM compliant and keeps sending e-mails even when I have unsubscribed multiple times Heritage Auctions is not CAN-SPAM compliant and keeps sending e-mails even when I have unsubscribed multiple times: On December I was looking for Auction Houses in order to sell a couple paintings we have interest in keeping and I entered my e-mail into the contact form of Heritage Auctions, which automatically and without my consent signed me up to their e-mail marketing listSince then, I have unsubscribed "successfully" more than five times and as of Today I have received more than e-mails

HA made promises to us about returning what is left of our personal sports memorabilia collectionThey won't even pick up the phoneWe are hostages Last year around this time reps from HA came to our house and made a lot of verbal promises about how my 'million dollar collection' was going to be soldThey sold a lot of my things for cents on the dollar of what they promised and were not available to me when it was time to put reserves on my items before auctionsWe literally have in writing them asking me for reserves on my items and then after the auction just telling me I had too many reserves when my things were sold well below the reserve THEY asked me forThe reserve is the minimum price that I would be willing to sell my things forIt offers me protection in case the right eyes don't see my itemsThey have no interest in reserves because an item may not auction and the they don't get their 20%The customer service was the worst I have ever seen in my life and the fact

I bought a gold watch that was described as in working order When the watch arrived it was not working HA refused to return or repair My cr is [redacted] In December I purchased Lot [redacted] (A Retro Swiss Lady's Diamond, Ruby, Pink Gold Covered Watch) which was described as in working order I paid $for the watch including HA's buyer premium (using my Amex card) There were other watches that were described as not in working order that I would not bid on and which sold for substantially less When the watch arrived, I immediately contacted HA to advise them that it was not in working orderI advised HA of the estimated cost of repair and said that I would like them to either take the watch back and refund the purchase price or pay for the repair They refused to do eitherThey offered $credit towards a future purchaseI disputed this but have been ignored I have paid $to repair the watchI would like to be reimbursed for the repair costs a

I successfully bid on two approximately 8xframed photographs (in the same lot) for $(including buyer's premium) and $for S&H I successfully bid on two approximately 8xframed photographs (in the same lot) for $(including buyer's premium) and $for S&H This was twice as much as what I paid for the photographs and more than twice what I previously paid for much bigger orders (one for $in June charged $for S&H and the other, also in June, charged $on a framed photo I paid$for) This is a scam to have them make more money on less expensive items When I complained (by phone), they said they used a calculator based on my home zip code (I haven't moved since the June purchases) I refused to pay and then they said they would send me the names of alternative shippers

Heritage Auctions has not done enough to inform sellers of fees associated with auctionsSeller's Commissions are not disclosed on company website First of all, let me say that I appreciate the courtesy shown to me during my attempt to resolve this issue with Heritage AuctionHowever, we could not come to an agreement Recently I sold a number of comic books at two auctions totaling over $Sales from the first auction made up the lion's share at $6,I was well pleased with this figure, but when I received the settlement check, the amount was reduced by a whopping $"Seller's Commission." This was in addition to a 19.5% buyer's premium already collected by Heritage AuctionsI was astonished Immediately after receiving the check, I revisited the Heritage Auctions website, HA.comNowhere on the site could I find ANY information on a seller's commissionsYou would think that informative-sounding links like EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT CONSIGNING TO AN AUCT

We needed to sell a variety of coins for an estate Heritage Auctions was excellent and seemed reasonable compared to a couple of other options that we explored

Deceptive business practice - omision of complete condition of auctioned item
On 4/19/I was the winning bidder on an auction for DRNO movie memorabilia lobby card set (cards) hosted by Heritage Auctions - Lot XXXXX, Auction #
Upon receiving the item it became evident that one of the cards had a foreign stamp on the back and several of the cards have numbers written on the back in pencil/ink These defects were not photographed and displayed during the auction nor where they mentioned in the description of the item
It is reasonable to believe that had they been photographed and mentioned, the item would have auctioned for significantly less money This was a deceptive attempt to inflate the price of this item by Heritage Auctions Possible future resale value of this item will be affected due to the defects on the back of the cards
I immediately notified MsJessica Lopez of Heritage Auctions who notified MrGrey Smith of the movie poster department A ret

I have contacted this company times to return, of the items won on their omline auctionInstead of a response, all I get are bill increases
On September I won two items (rare comic books, journey into mystery #cgc for $and tales of suspense #cgc for $2629.00) from their online auctionHowever, when my order was received I immediately called Heritage to request a refundOne of the items tales of suspense #was misrepresented in the auctionThe picture was not clear as to a major defect in the book, and there was no indication in the item description that there was a huge tear on the front coverI spoke with a representative who told me to email my reasons for return to ***@ha.comI did that on 9/I received no response, at which time I opened a dispute with my credit card companyThey in turn refunded my payment due to HA's non responseI refuse to do business with a company that has such little regard for their customers that they d

Heritage made representations that the product I purchased was something they can not prove and their representations were the bases for purchase
I bought what was to be a game used Valeri Vasiliev hockey stick upon receipt of the product there was nothing provided that the stick I received was Valeri Vasiliev or game used All I have is a old hockey stick with nothing to show or indicate who once owned the stick or that it was games used by anyone Heritage openly made statements the stick was something they can not prove and refuse to stand behind what they said the stick was, their conduct is clearly fraudulent and misleading

Heritage Auctions misled me on teturn value of auctioning my art in New York City
Heritage Auctions sold my $40,art collection for $with commission after misleading me as to the auction in New York City being the best vehicle for selling my piece Edward SCurtis collectionThey mislead me by not asking what return on my investment was looking for;not mentioning setting a higher reserve so ask to protect my collection selling for cents on the dollar and,not volunteering the consignment might be the best vehicle for my desired resultThe expert at Heritage I relied on, based on his posted resume was *** ***My collection was basically stolen out from underneath me based on advice from Heritage Auctions
