During the month of April, I was in contact by email and phone with the director of Heritage coin Auction dept Sarh *** who after telling her what kind of coins I had She emailled me a list of what coins whe would be interested in viewing and then invited me to New York to present the coins to her in person On May 22, I went to New York, New York to meet Sarah *** we were scheduled to meet at a.mdue to traffic I was fifthteen minutes late and I called to let Sarah know we would be late but she seemed frustratedUpon arrival she asked that I pour all the coins out on the table which I was not confortable with because I know they can get scratched this way By now I could tell she was did not appreciate me being there she barely looked at the coins and did not look at them all but just simply said they were all pennies and had not value but then why would she send me a list of all the coins that she was interested in from my inventory and then once there say

HA made promises to us about returning what is left of our personal sports memorabilia collectionThey won't even pick up the phoneWe are hostages
Last year around this time reps from HA came to our house and made a lot of verbal promises about how my 'million dollar collection' was going to be soldThey sold a lot of my things for cents on the dollar of what they promised and were not available to me when it was time to put reserves on my items before auctionsWe literally have in writing them asking me for reserves on my items and then after the auction just telling me I had too many reserves when my things were sold well below the reserve THEY asked me forThe reserve is the minimum price that I would be willing to sell my things forIt offers me protection in case the right eyes don't see my itemsThey have no interest in reserves because an item may not auction and the they don't get their 20%The customer service was the worst I have ever seen in my life and the fact

THIS COMPLAINT HAS TO DO WITH HA.COM ADDING COINS TO AN ONLINE AUCTION I DID NOT WINI WAS INVOICED FOR OVER $WORTH OF COINS I DID NOT WIN
The auction I was taken advantaged of happened online on Sunday 2/07/I was not aware of the mistake until the invoice came on Monday morning 2/08/I was to busy to try to get through to Customer Service to ask them "What Happened and why was I being billed for coins I didn't "WIN" during the auctionThey said they would check back on that along with my previous order which I was double-billed for shipping and handling and also receiving damage merchandise
I was told They would correct the problem and re-send A correct invoiceI later was e-mailed two emails with links two the original mistaken invoicesThere wasn't any kind of explanation so I figured it was just a mistake
After bidding and "Winning another coin on Tuesday night auction on 02/09/I checked my invoice ND THE ORIGINAL MISTAKE WAS STILL ON THERE WIT

Luke M*** consignment director at Heritage Auctions misled me in the appraisal of a note and venue to sell it
Luke M*** consignment director at Heritage Auctions misled me in the appraisal of a note and venue to sell it
I given an over valued appraisal of $2500.00-of a note and the best venue to sell it to get the appraised valueThe appraisal and venue recommendation was misleading to get get me to sell with them The note did not sell for close to the appraised value and the venue only brought I bid which I was led to believe would be the best place to receive bidders to bring the best price
I was deceived and feel this was done to get me to sell with Heritage Auctions

I purchased an item through HA Website and grading company indicate that this item is a counterfeit pieces
I purchased an item through HA Website, and the item holder is broken by an accident when I do housework, I sent it to two different grading company to replace a new holder
However, both of the two grading company had same result that the item I brought from HA is a counterfeit piecesI contact Sarah Miller who is the Director of Numismatics at HA New York branch on may XX XXXXSarah said:"Thank you very much for sending over these imagesWe are sorry to say that removing this coin from its holder when it went to PCGS has created a challengeUnfortunately, the issue becomes that the coin has now been removed from its NGC holder, which makes this coin ineligible for returnAs our Terms and Conditions for every auction state, "Lots returned must be housed intact in their original holder.""

I successfully bid on two approximately 8xframed photographs (in the same lot) for $(including buyer's premium) and $for S&H
I successfully bid on two approximately 8xframed photographs (in the same lot) for $(including buyer's premium) and $for S&H This was twice as much as what I paid for the photographs and more than twice what I previously paid for much bigger orders (one for $in June charged $for S&H and the other, also in June, charged $on a framed photo I paid$for) This is a scam to have them make more money on less expensive items When I complained (by phone), they said they used a calculator based on my home zip code (I haven't moved since the June purchases) I refused to pay and then they said they would send me the names of alternative shippers
