The fact that Heritage Crystal Clean came to our business and obtained an unauthorized signature from an employee doesn't justify their insistence that they performed a service for my company and should be compensatedThe very reason we notify all our vendors that our employees do not have authorization to sign any documents is because our employees don't always have all the necessary information they need to make a management decision, all our vendors are made aware of this prior to doing any business with our companyIn this case Heritage Crystal Clear deliberately circumvented our rules and in doing so they removed and disposed of a gallon drum of perfectly good lacquer paint which we use daily as our primary coat on our product and then charged us to remove it! (see their attached invoice of 5/10/13) Since they insist I pay them for removing my lacquer paint which I did not authorize them to remove, they will be receiving an invoice from my company for the replacement cost of the gallons of lacquer paint which I paid $per gallon for from Sherwin Williams for a total cost of $plus applicable tax This could have been avoided had Heritage Crystal Clean followed our direction and obtained an authorized signature, our management would never had allowed them remove anything from our premises

Heritage-Crystal Clean has dropped the *** in charges on the invoice ***
This means we will no longer be pursuing the payment

As a result, we are hoping this brings this matter and case to a close.This file was closed by Heritage-Crystal Clean ***, after the customer's initial complaint
At that time we ceased efforts to collect any funds and officially closed his account
We have not been pursuing the money indicated *** in his current complaint and have no intention of doing so
Please inform me of any further information needed from Heritage-Crystal Clean regarding this case

Our reps visit over 15 customers every day and there is no way for him to know on the first visit what Accent Shutters policies for signatures are and who is authorized to sign an invoice. However, we will credit this account the amount $425.67 to cover the disposal cost of the one drum of waste paint we picked up because it has already been processed and cannot be returned to Accent Shutters. As for the other partial container of lacquer thinner, we do not know what you are talking about, as we only picked up one drum of paint waste at the time of service and there is no charge for another drum on the invoice. Additionally, why would Accent Shutters bill us for a full drum when the drum was that they said was only partially full that we did not pick up or charge them for?

In this case Heritage Crystal Clear deliberately circumvented our rules and in doing so they removed and disposed of a 55 gallon drum of perfectly good lacquer paint which we use daily as our primary coat on our product and then charged us to remove it! (see their attached invoice of 5/10/13) Since they insist I pay them for removing my lacquer paint which I did not authorize them to remove, they will be receiving an invoice from my company for the replacement cost of the 55 gallons of lacquer paint which I paid $32.00 per gallon for from Sherwin Williams for a total cost of $1760.00 plus applicable tax.
This could have been avoided had Heritage Crystal Clean followed our direction and obtained an authorized signature, our management would never had allowed them remove anything from our premises.
