And I tend to research things more than most people. Will was on time, explained to me the problem, gave me options and suggestions, and fixed my problem with one visit. Different technician but still outstanding service. Professional, polite, straightforward, efficient. The water heater needed replacing, and despite all that was involved, it was done quickly and with minimal interruption to our daily routine. And, the technician (Michael) answered other questions & made some needed plumbing-related tweaks while here. We couldn't be more satisfied.

He was prompt, efficient, and very helpful. He left the area around the kitchen sink where he installed a new spigot for us immaculate. I called Mike's for an issue with my garbage disposal. They had performed some work in the past for us and we were pleased with the workmanship. Mike M. came out and gave me several options for my repair, outlining specific costs/warranties/etc. associated with each one. The work was performed expeditiously, and Mike was very courteous and conscientious. He laid down mats to keep my floor clean and used appropriate footware when entering and exiting the house. Overall, it was another good experience with Mike's Plumbing.
Dave arrived when scheduled. His work was well done, neat. So, not only did it work well and fix the issues, it looked clean and properly done. He scheduled the repairs in a sequence that got us back in service quickly and with the least disruption to our household. I was happy to have Dave in our home. David did a great professional job to install a faucet for deck access using kitchen sink plumbing. David was professional, knowledgeable, flexible, kind, well spoken and explained all options thoroughly. The work was well done with good attention to detail. He modified the configuration at the very end upon request to avoid interference under the sink.

He was very professional, neat and clean in appearance and knowledgeable. He explained all that he would be doing and completed all the work in one day. He also checked out other plumbing problems in the house and left estimates for that work. I was very impressed with this company and would recommend them to others.
I called Mike's Plumbing due to a faulty sink disposal. The whole process of scheduling the service was very easy and professional. Chris was the specialist that came to my house to fix the disposal. He was very courteous, professional, and I didn't feel like he was rushing the job. I will say that the quoted cost was more than I expected based on the research I had done online ahead of time, but with a 6-year warranty on parts and labor, an upgraded disposal and knowing that it was installed properly, I was willing to pay more. Overall great experience, and will use them again.

He is a friendly and conscientious representative for his company. I was able to learn several things about the plumbing in our unit which should be helpful in the future. In particular he explained about a problem with the emergency shut off valves which were installed under all sinks. I will be more conscious of several issues to watch for.

He quickly diagnosed the issue and presented several pricing options, depending on the amount of work we wanted done. He also looked at another toilet that had a minor issue and provided a solution to our problem. Mike's Plumbing techs always do their due diligence. Fast forward a few hours, and Mike completed all the work promised with the utmost craftsmanship. We were pleased to not have a deluge of water dripping into the basement.
