We recently had a tub replaced with a walk-in shower and another shower replaced with a more modern walk-in unit. Chris H., the installer, was very courteous, respected our requests, and kept the mess down to a minimum. He took the appropriate precautions and completed the work in a timely manner with little disruption to our daily routines. Management and Sales were also very attentive to our needs and we would highly recommend Herl's for your bathroom projects. You won't be disappointed.

Our entire process was smooth from start to finish. Herl's did a great job of answering all of our questions and in providing us with an in-home estimate (with good COVID-19 precautions). They made the financing part easy as well and with favorable terms. Today was the install of our new shower and it went great as well. Installer Chad C. was on-time, efficient, careful, clean, and helpfully provided updates and answered questions. It was clear that he took pride in his work - and it shows in the final product. Yesterday I had a bathroom renovation in one of my bathrooms. I had the tub and shower walls replaced. The team that worked on it from Herls was amazing! Several times I went upstairs to watch what they were doing, and they were very anxious to show me the process ,step-by-step. I never felt I was in their way, just watching as they were working. The work is top notch, and I can't tell you how excited I am about it. I feel like I have a totally new bathroom. I can't say enough good words about the Herls team their product and their workmanship.

Steve K was in our home today and addressed all of our concerns. Our shower was caulked. Our flooring and sink issues were photographed and temporary fixes were applied until the pictures could be studied and a more permanent solution found. Mr. K was pleasant, courteous and helpful.

Matt R came over to do some warrenty work for *** on my home to the trim on the sliding glass door (another company installed the door). The work Matt did was amazing, you could never tell there was any original damage. Based on the great work he did, when I need any work done I will definately call Herl's and recommend them to people I know.

Herl's is a great and reliable company,and we will highly recommend them to anyone who needs
a bathroom makeover. We had a small issue with some caulking separation at the bottom
between the acrylic wall and floor pan in our shower. We called and scheduled service for the repair and set up a time that was convenient for us. The installer Steve K arrived on time to
complete the repair. He was very courteous and professional and had the job finished in a short time. He also informed us to make sure we call if any other problems arise. We are 100% satisfied with Herl's Inc.

We had an issue with our new bath with regard to some cracked caulk that fell out of the tub. We were given an estimate of 12pm-1pm for the time of arrival and the technician Steve K got there at 10am. He recalulked the area in less than half an hour and provided instructions to keep the trim dry for 24 hours. He was courteous and went about his work very professionally. He also let us know to give Herls a call if this issue happens again. We certainly will and are thankful for the company's work.

I had an upcoming appointment for their rep to come over to give me a free estimate. They said they would not come over to give me an estimate unless my husband is there. He is not the owner of the home and he is not going to pay for the product, I am. They refused to come over to my home to give me an estimate and would not come over. I do not understand this kind of behavior. It disgusts me.

Our previous and current clients are happy they took advantage of our FREE consultation service. In today's market, for us to continue to offer this valuable service at no charge, we do ask for all owners or any other persons from whom you would possibly request any feedback or opinions to be present. With over 200 combinations of colors, style, textures, shelves, and hardware selections available it is sometimes overwhelming trying to make a decision. Having everyone present allows everything to be completed in one visit. This is not an attempt to inconvenience you. If daytime appointments are inconvenient, we can come to your home as late as 6 pm in the evening. Normal Saturday appointments are available at 9 am or 1 pm, but these times can be adjusted to suit your needs. I hope this helps you understand our appointment policy.

I met with Herl's in January 2019 to renovate my bathroom and as of today, 15 January 2020, my bathroom is still not completed.
I contacted Herl's Bath and Tile to renovate my bathroom in January 2019. After a lengthy sales pitch from Marcus H and detailed selection of the bathroom, I signed the contract to start work on my bathroom. As on today, 15 January 2020, my bathroom is still not completed. I am paying a lot of money for sub-par work.
During the sales pitch, Marcus assured us that the work would be completed relatively quick, approximately 6-8 weeks and that the installers are their own people, not subcontractors. Marcus also showed us glowing reviews and beautiful bathroom pictures, yet my bathroom is still not finished.
I sent numerous emails to correct issues but now I feel everything has fallen on deaf ears. There was no final inspection, the bathroom is not complete, but Herl's happily took my money, made empty promises and I am left paying for an unfinished bathroom.
During my initial meeting with Marcus, I specifically asked for a sink top that was flush (no lip over the sink) and was assured that is what I would get, but again, it is not what I wanted. I have a sink I did not ask for or approve. The sink was installed but not what I want, requested or ordered. Herl's told me that it was an upgrade to what I requested, but that does not matter because it is not what I specifically asked for an agreed upon.
The lights that were installed above the medicine cabinet were installed upside down and they did not even go over the medicine cabinet. I had to send numerous emails, purchase my own replacement lights, to fix their mistake and they finally reinstalled the lights. What they left me was a patched hole above the medicine cabinet that they were suppose to come back and fix, but never did.
The tub was removed and glass sliding doors were installed. The sliding glass doors that were installed are very flimsy and have a lot of play in them. During the initial sales meeting, I requested additional hand rails to be installed for stability. Herl's is supposed to be the expert and Marcus knew that stability and support was a concern that I needed to be addressed during the remodel. I fear that the glass shower doors could easily shatter if they were bumped into or grabbed a hold of for needed support.
The walls and ceiling were to be prepped and painted. The ceiling and wall both have visible bumps and blemishes. There is fuzz or something that may have come from the paint roller that is now all over the walls. The edging looks like a 6-year-old painted it and one area is missing some caulk and there is a hole. There is an inch around the ceiling light that was not painted and the difference is obvious and I also addressed this also several times. I outlined the paint mishaps several times but they were never corrected.
The closet door frame was removed and reinstalled but the nail holes were not covered before painting.
The towel racks and toilet roll bars are also shaky and not installed properly. One of the towel racks has already fallen down.
I feel scammed. I could have paid 1/2 the money for a better bathroom. I am disgusted that this is the service and quality that over $20,000 gets you. They took my money and it feels that they have walked away from this project. I would sincerely hope that Revdex.com is able to remedy this situation. I would actually love to know how much the actual total of materials cost because for over $20,000, I assumed I was getting the top of the line fixtures and quality craftsmanship/installation. If you came in my bathroom, you would think that I had a DIY project that went wrong, certainly not something designed and installed by professionals.
My question now is, how much longer am I expected to wait to have my finished bathroom I have paid for? I would like this matter addressed.

Desired Outcome

I expect my bathroom to be 100% complete and all of the issues that I addressed to be fixed.

The acrylic system, shower trim, shelves, knee wall & glass doors were installed properly and met Herl's standards. The shower doors did have some play as most 1/4" glass does, and it was explained that the doors need to be seated in the side rail bumpers. Upon explanation, the client understood the value of the upgraded Blanca Arabescato quartz vanity top. The medicine cabinet did change because our supplier temporarily went out of business. The substitute required an up-light so that the globes would not obstruct the crown molding. To reconcile the job and give client a better bathroom, we have agreed to the following: switch the 1/4" glass with 5/16" using the same head rail; sand block the entire bathroom and repaint it in a satin finish; provide Moen Kingsley double towel bars in clients' desired locations. Painting will be completed on January 29, and the new 5/16" glass and the towel bars will be done during the first week of February.

Herl's has made my bath the one I've only dreamed of until now. My new walk-in shower was installed by Brandon B and his assistant, Hugo....both highly professional and quite pleasant to work with. I was kept informed through each phase and quite happy with the work ethic and care they took with my home. I have, and will continue, to recommend Herl's to all my friends who consider upgrading their home. Thanks Brandon and Hugo for bringing my dream bath to reality.
