If you look at the complaints from Herman Street most of them are from back in 2011 and 2012. We have a new management team and have made some tremendous strides. If you do not feel comfortable downloading from us you can repurchase the product from another vendor and send a copy of your receipt. Once I have the new purchase I will bend the rules and issue you a refund.

Customer contacted Herman Street back on June 23rd and advised she was unable to reach RC Fishing World.   In turn we agreed to send her out another boat.     Customer will be receiving a shipping confirmation in the next 48 hours

I have issued the customer a new license key   [redacted]      If the key still doesn't allow her to register then I can process a full refund
