I hired this company to help me with the detection and repair of some plumbing slab leaks I spent about 1/days with them in total Javier and Oscar were the main people on the job and they were greatSlab leak detection is not an easy process, but Javier was persistent and patient as he worked diligently to locate the leaks At different points throughout the drilling, digging, plumbing repair, replacement of the dirt, repair of the floor, and clean-up, the company also sent Blake, Pedro, Eddie, Carlos, Taylor, Shawn, and Reggie to help Without exception, all of the guys were prompt, courteous, professional and respectful of the home They also had empathy for how difficult and scary this type of process is for the homeowner, and were all very kind and wiling to answer my questions along the way Everyone seemed really happy to be working for the company, and said very nice things about their boss, *** ***, who was also very pleasant to deal with All in all, these guys were conscientious, took pride in their work and did a really good job I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone

I have 2 other plumber contacts on my phone and I've deleted both of them. I will now only use [redacted].
AFTER MAKING 4 JAGGED HOLES IN SHEETROCK THE REPRESENTATIVE ADVISED IT WAS OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO REPAIR THE HOLES. IT IS NOT LOGICAL. IF THEY DUG A HOLE IN MY YARD THEN WOULD THEY NOT FILL UP THE HOLE WHEN FINISHED? I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. HAD I KNOWN I WOULD HAVE CHECKED OTHER COMPANIES.
Had a hot water heater replaced. Technician arrived on time. Even though water heater located in the garage, everything was cleaned up after the job was completed. Also talked with office staff a couple of times regarding permit from the city, they were also very helpful too. Good experience with this company.
Patrick and Mike arrived prior to scheduled and went to work quickly and efficiently closing off area with plastic to provide protection to house. Carefully explained each step as they proceeded with repair of slab leak in home hot water system. Checked system to verify leak was repaired and closed up hole in floor. Finished work in less time than had been forecast and did a great job of cleaning up after work was completed. Very pleased with overall work.
