I found Herndon McFarland Plumbing while driving and am so thrilled I did! we had an unexpected leak and HMP has was able to accommodate us, they came over immediately and explained to me what had happened. They were incredibly professional and clean and repaired our sink quickly and at an affordable price. I will definitely call them next time! I highly recommend them!!
Left internet post last night and got a call this morning and had two plumbers before noon. I needed a new hot water heater and got a fair price from [redacted] and his guys showed up in a timely fashion and efficiently did a first class job on removing the old water heater and installing the new one. In a little more than 2 hours I was back in business with hot water. [redacted] also provided us a senior citizen discount I am very satisfied and would use these fellow again. Patrick and Carter knew what they were doing and maintained great attitudes. They did not mind my watching them work, either.
This company is amazing! They come out when they say they will, everyone is so friendly and the work is awesome! They respect your home and give you a fair price. Most important you can trust them in what they say they are doing! Teresa, [redacted] and the field techs are the BEST!
Patrick and his team were fantastic. These guys worked hard and were honest from start to finish. They took their boots off each time they came in and were always respectful. I appreciated their down home and down to earth relaxed nature. No high pressure salesperson dressed as a hard working service person. I received no less than four estimates for my natural gas water heater. All but two companies told me I would need a new water heater. Of the two that were honest, only Herndon [redacted] Plumbing could do the repair. The other only did new installs and replacements (big box company). I would recommend Herndon [redacted] Plumbing to anyone. They deserve the highest praise. What a great experience. Date of service was 5/27/2016.
