Order merchandise on 3-05-and never recieved it, replied back 4-7-and now unable to get them to respond at all to email or through facebookI believe they are a scam and using vertarans names and merchandise to get people to send them moneyMany complaints about people not recieving their orders but money was taken from themThey monitor their site on facebook so they can delete the negative responses from people

They receive your money for a product that you never receiveWill not call or email me backI can't believe that a person would steal money from veterans

I ordered items from this company on 07/and was notified that it would be delivered within business days I have made multiple attempts to contact them via email and to date have not received a response from them I would not recommend this company to anyone I have also had contact with the Alabama States Attorney General office to file a consumer complaint with them as well I have disputed the charge they made on my credit card and they have not yet responded to the credit card company to resolve this issue But I guess when you have complaints filed against you, this whole company was apparently set up to scam anyone who placed an order with them

I ordered two fire department hats in February and they took the $out of my account instantly but I have been messaging them and the only response I got was one month after I ordered someone emailed me back saying because these are made in the USA they take longer to produceIt's JulyIt doesn't take that long for two black hats

This company is a fraud and a scam! I ordered a jacket on 3/3/16, I never received my order It has been months now I've sent multiple emails with no response It disgusts me to think that this company is taking advantage of our first responders and our veterans!!!! There's a special place in hell for people like this!!!!

This company is a scam They tell you that your product will take up to weeks to ship out After weeks I contacted them and received an email back saying that my items were embroidered so they take a long time, even though when I ordered them they were labeled as IN STOCK They then do not respond to any other emails I had to contact my credit card company and file a dispute on the charge I highly recommend to take your business somewhere else

I ordered a USMC shirt from them on April 1, As of today, May 24, 2016, I have not received my order They did bill my credit card on 4/ All attempts to contact them by email or their website go unanswered I do not recommend this company I believe that they are preying on the veteran angle

I placed an order on 6/4/ I waited weeks, followed up on my order, only to find out it is business days After waiting another week and not receiving my item, I submitted a request through their website for a status update A week later I submitted another request I also tried calling at the number provided To date, I have not received a response nor have I received my item My card was charged immediately after the order was placed I have submitted a dispute with my CC company to have the charge reversed This company is preying on Veterans Take your business elsewhere

On May 2016, I ordered a "cop flag" polo shirt from Hero Tees The total order amount was $25.95, including shipping I received an email confirmation note from Hero Tees on that same date The confirmation note stated "orders generally take around weeks to ship."
On July 2016, I sent a follemail note to get the status of my order
On July 2016, I received an email response from Hero Tees (author: "Autumn") letting me know that they were "running a bit behind on these, due to the massive amount of orders."
On August 2016, I sent another follemail note asking for the status of my order
As of September 2016, I have not received a response to my previous email note Additionally, I see that the Hero Tees web site has been taken down Their Facebook page is still available but does not appear to be active
I successfully ordered a hat from Hero Tees in October It was delivered in less than a week, and the quality was superb Unfortunately, it looks as though my May shirt order will not be fulfilled and that the $that I remitted is now missing

I had an excellent transaction with Hero TeesThe Jacket I purchased was of star quality Price was greatOnly downfall is delivery length I ordered it on Nov 26th and recieved it Dec 18thBut the customer service answered my questions when I emailed them and it was near the holiday seasonOverall great experience and jacket was again awesome

This company id an absolute crock! Its sad because we ordered from them back in and received our shirts and they were perfect it looks as if the business owner has decided to live the high life at the cost of veterans and LEO'S and Firefighters and our military Absolute sm!! I ordered Thin Blue Line hats from them in July and of course haven't received them or even any correspondence from them I'll be disputing the charge of course but it shouldn't have come to thatEric S*** is the company owner and I hope karma kicks him and his staff in the a** for preying on all of us

I ordered one jacket with no kind of customizing or anything specialIts been months now and I have not yet received the jacketI've emailed the company about or times, it takes them a good week or so to reply back which is never helpfulThey are very vague and generic towards emails, it's never personalized towards your question or complaintI wanted to call the company but could not locate their phone number on their website or facebookAlso they don't inform you that it can take up to days to ship out orders until AFTER you've made the purchase and without them providing their phone number its hard to cancel the orderI've now resorted to facebook messaging this company in hopes they will respond quickerI do not recommend this company
