I have tried for over 21 days to reach the business to cancel and order. I have emailed them, messaged them on Facebook, and contacted them through their website. No response at all over the past several weeks. Would not purchase from them ever again. Also, when purchasing items it is not told to the consumer that it will take 21 business days to ship.

I ordered a USMC shirt from them on April 1, 2016. As of today, May 24, 2016, I have not received my order. They did bill my credit card on 4/1. All attempts to contact them by email or their website go unanswered. I do not recommend this company. I believe that they are preying on the veteran angle.

This company is a complete scam taking advantage of veterans. Ordered a hoodie. Waited the requested 21 business weeks. No shirt, no service. Stay away! I gave them my money. Please don't fall for this and give them yours!

I placed an order on 6/4/16. I waited 3 weeks, followed up on my order, only to find out it is 21 business days. After waiting another week and not receiving my item, I submitted a request through their website for a status update. A week later I submitted another request. I also tried calling at the number provided. To date, I have not received a response nor have I received my item. My card was charged immediately after the order was placed. I have submitted a dispute with my CC company to have the charge reversed. This company is preying on Veterans. Take your business elsewhere.

Order merchandise on 3-05-16 and never recieved it, replied back 4-7-16 and now unable to get them to respond at all to email or through facebook. I believe they are a scam and using vertarans names and merchandise to get people to send them money. Many complaints about people not recieving their orders but money was taken from them. They monitor their site on facebook so they can delete the negative responses from people.

I ordered two fire department hats in February and they took the $70.00 out of my account instantly but I have been messaging them and the only response I got was one month after I ordered someone emailed me back saying because these are made in the USA they take longer to produce. It's July. It doesn't take that long for two black hats

Placed order, and they took my month. They did not deliver product. Very rude when I contacted them.

I put in a order with this company on February 20 and now its june and I still have not received my order I was told in april it would ship soon but still nothing and I have contacted the company thru email but now no contact. I hate to think this company is using veterans like myself

Great experience! Have ordered only one time and order shipped within a couple of days of being placed. Package arrived in the window reported to me. Product is exactly how it was advertised and I'm super happy with my purchase.

I ordered 3 items from this company on 07/25 and was notified that it would be delivered within 21 business days. I have made multiple attempts to contact them via email and to date have not received a response from them. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I have also had contact with the Alabama States Attorney General office to file a consumer complaint with them as well. I have disputed the charge they made on my credit card and they have not yet responded to the credit card company to resolve this issue. But I guess when you have 419 complaints filed against you, this whole company was apparently set up to scam anyone who placed an order with them.

This company is a fraud and a scam! I ordered a jacket on 3/3/16, I never received my order. It has been 8 months now. I've sent multiple emails with no response. It disgusts me to think that this company is taking advantage of our first responders and our veterans!!!! There's a special place in hell for people like this!!!!

I ordered a t-shirt for my husband in May. No product. No communication. All of my emails are ignored.

This company is a scam. They tell you that your product will take up to 3 weeks to ship out. After 4 weeks I contacted them and received an email back saying that my items were embroidered so they take a long time, even though when I ordered them they were labeled as IN STOCK. They then do not respond to any other emails.

I had to contact my credit card company and file a dispute on the charge.

I highly recommend to take your business somewhere else.

They receive your money for a product that you never receive. Will not call or email me back. I can't believe that a person would steal money from veterans.

The delivery of the product took over a month. We emailed to follow up on the status and received an email back about the reason it was taking so long ..so critically that the company was small and based out of Anniston and they "REFUSE" to have product done in China like most of their competitors". When we received the product the inside of the hat had a"made in China" tag, the police flag emblem appears to be glued on instead emboildered as claimed and the blue line was so light blue that it could barely be distinguished from the white (which was the whole purpose of the police line hat), there was paper still attached to the inside emblem from where it was glued on.
