I am rejecting this response because: I have not received my refund
yet. Until I actually have the money I would request that the complaint remain active. They have already failed to follow through with the refund three different times. So until I have it. Talk is cheap

Review: I rented a car from hertz on 7/5/2013. The vehicle rented to me has expired plates. I did get a verbal warning from a police officer regarding the expired plates however, this could have resulted in a ticket. I am looking to get refunded for the money I paid for my rental for the last two days as I could not drive the vehicle after the 6th, as the plates are expired. My paid rental was thru 7/9. Therefore I am looking to get refunded for 7/6, 7/7 and 7/8.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund to be mailed to me at my home address of 401 Indiana Ave, North Fond du Lac, WI 54937. The only other acceptable exchange would be a complimentary rental for at least three days.

I was able to look at the disputed rental agreement. The car had expired tags on the license plate but not in the DMV system. However, in the interest of customer service I will submite a refund to Mrs. [redacted] for $105.00. That reimbursement will be placed back on the credit card that was used for the transaction.
