I am so sorry. I thought that I had responded to this complaint. I spoke with the customer last week & determined that he never purchased a vehicle at The Car Store. He said that he did have a warranty from the lot where he purchased but it was no longer valid due to mileage. He said that he... would take care of the repairs himself. still got really crap gas mileage, despite having it looked at and being told by an outside mechanic that there was something in the fuel system causing the car to eat more gas than it should haveI got this car and picked up a second job, so that I could start paying off stuff on my credit report, and get my life in orderNow with this car guzzling gas, and god knows what else is wrong with it that the limited warranty WON'T cover, this car would no longer be affordableI have a creditor taking money out of my checking account to satisfy another debt, I've got a million other things I'm trying to settleI don't need to be worrying about this car too

Vehicle is here at The Car StoreWe have had the vehicle checked in the service department & discovered that it needs a mass air flow sensorA mass air flow sensor will cause the vehicle to run poorly & dieIt is a very minor issue that we can correct for less than $I called customer
& left a message with a gentleman who answered the phoneWe are willing to make this repair for customer free of charge as a on-time goodwill repairThis repair is not covered under the month, unlimited mileage warranty

This is not true. The car store offered to fix one issue. The car has multiple issues, they only offered to fix the mass air flow sensor, which I have previously stated was fixed already. To whom it may concern,  I have been trying to reach customer & had been unsuccessful. Today I called & left her a voice mail including my cell phone number & she called me right back. I discussed the situation with her & asked if she is having any mechanical issues. She said...

that the vehicle shakes while driving. I explained that I would be more than happy to set her an appointment to have that checked out & corrected. She said that she has decided that the purchase price of the car is too much & the mileage is too high. I explained that the mileage & purchase price were made clear at the time of sale. I explained that she is in a contract with CSC finance that can not be altered. She purchased the vehicle 07/30/2016. My offer to have the service department check out & correct her mechanical issue is still good. TTe mass air flow sensor was already replaced. Twice. Thus is not the issue since I have had a mechanic replace the mass air flow sensor.Regards,[redacted]
