department 3 times since purchase. The last time being 04/20/2016. We have always taken care of any issues the vehicle came in for. I offered to have the vehicle checked again in our service department to determine what the current issue is. Customer declined to make an appointment & advised me he would have an attorney call me. I have not received a call from an attorney. I tried to reach the customer again to follow up & left a voice mail. We are still willing to set up a service appointment for [redacted] & have the vehicle checked.
Hello. I am responding to the complaint made by [redacted]. Customer purchased a 2009 Crown Victoria on 09/01/2015. On 09/15/2015 he dropped the keys & a note in the night drop box. The note stated that he was returning the vehicle & had no intention on coming back to retrieve it. We have made numerous attempts to reach the customer & have been unsuccessful. We have not spoken with buyer since 09/14/2015. We are willing to let customer sign a release from this debt but he will no respond to us. -

the next day & expressed concern with several issues with the front end. I advised customer to bring the vehicle in & we would check into all the issues he was concerned with & go from there. Customer has not yet returned to our service department to follow up. I called & left him a voice mail. We are still willing to look at the vehicle, customer just needs to bring it in.
