After a follow up call to find out what's going on with our vehicle which quickly escalated into a brutal argument over the phone that included threats from the Manager Brett or Brent about airing my personal life and financial status because of our review that we gave, I would like do it for himFirst I would like to say that I have been dealing with colon cancer and no longer working since I had inches removed during surgery, I would say "yes, times have been rough financially," but to have a manager yell at you over the phone because he did not like our review so he bashes you and your status in life based on your credit and financial status is unbelievableAll this could have been avoided if we received some sort of communication from Yates when we were calling service to have the vehicle looked at, but it didn't happen that wayBrett instead shouted in anger because he was upset about our review about how he pulled so many strings and went through so many loops to help us ge

this dealership listened to my concerns and fixed problems that have been present for years The service staff is top notch They didn't try to sell me service that I didn't need I will buy my next new car at this excellent dealership
I purchased the vehicle new in Elyria OHI took it back twice with a clunking noise and an air compressor that would howl on occasion They could not fix it I took it to a Chevy dealer in Westlake ohio and they could not fix it
Ashley in your service department listened to my problem took the time to get to the bottom of it Conferred with a mechanic and fixed everything the first timeShe was very accommodating and niceBecause of the treatment I received from your service department and because they fixed what the others dismissed as my imagination, I will be your customer for life My next new car will come from your dealership
